Ezppsy is an excellent online shopping site I have ever visited. Very receptive and accommodating. I got everything I needed from this site. The cloth is very wonderful and lovely.
My garments got in today and one of the dresses, which supposedly was made of silk, is far from being silk. So cheap looking at such an expensive price. Other 3 garments had better quality but the style just fit horribly. I contacted them to return and refund and this is what they say:
We are willing to accept return for exchange to other size or item for you. As return shipping might take long time and be costly, will you consider keeping the items and we hope to offer you some cash coupon as compensation? You can either keep them for someone else or resell them. Hope for your consideration.
After reading all the reviews above I am really scared I wont receive a refund even if items are returned. I paid a lot- 320 USD for 4 garments with extremely low quality- garments they for sure cost them nothing to make. Total scam. Wish I had researched about the company before.

This site is a joke. Appears as though you're buying from the USA but then when the dress arrives its poor quality from China. Still waiting for my money back. When I told them I wanted to return it they replied with 'can't you give it to someone?'! Absolute joke. It's basically a scam.

When u place your order. They say will be deliver with 7- 10 days. My order was not shipped after 9 days. I request status. They told me, your order not shipped yet, we are waiting on one item. As soon we have your order complete, we will ship your order. They didn't give me date that they will ship my order. So I decide to cancel my order because my order was not ship on time base on the order agreement. So they charge me 15% for cancel my order before ship. Check below what they sent me email
