I was condsidering ordering from this company but after reading the reviews have decided against it. All these people can not be wrong In Their assessment of the company's customer service and quality of their products plus their returns policy all things you expect to be efficient so I will avoid them. I bought 2 clothes from Ezpopsy.
They did not look like the way they look in the picture.
They did not fit well. One was too small.The fabiric was not good-it looked too frgile that it would rip off with any small impact.The package was poorly packed (with thin plastic bag) and it was part open when I received it.
Worst of all, their customer service: When I returned the items, they deducted 15% becuase they claim that the cloth tag was missing from the return package. I returned exactly the way I received them. I paid almost 20£ (almost $25) to return the package to China. And they deducted almost $13 for a missing tag?
I complaint to them and they do not care! Horrible.

Apologize for having disappointed you. Our return policy did state that: Items returned should be unused, undamaged, with clothes tags but without peculiar smell or perfume, and in original package. I ordered an item and when i received it neither the fabric nor the size matched, now before you tell me i should have checked the sizes i assure you i did, this is not the first website i order from and i know exactly how sizes work.
Then when i asked to return it I was asked why I told them the fabric is too think it's a see through, they said it is summers so it's a good thing that the fabric is thin, when I said I am not able to wear it, they emailed back that i could wear something underneath it! (so forget the summer thing then!) then they emailed me saying the return process it too lengthy and too costly to which i replied if you stop with the back and forth emails you could shorten the period and as for cost I can send it from here (London) for good fees. They are still stalling and they send one email a day! And no one picks the phone.
So in short, in the 21 century with markets competing on a global level, this is not acceptable. The prices are 10 times higher than their value (now that i have seen the piece with my own eyes) and the after sale service is seriously offensive!
Before you order you need to think of this. I read reviews here and I was planning on ordering 10 pieces which i put in my like list but luckily because i read reviews here I through i'd try with one piece and here is the result. It really kills the fun of buying and receiving something new. My advise is: there are loads of other sites, you do not need to work with one that doesn't show you respect as a client neither is service oriented!

I ordered 4 dresses and have not received anything except an email to confirm I paid, I haven't received an email to confirm dispatch so I've emailed them twice with no response what so ever, there's no contact number, so there's nothing I can do. My only relief is that I paid with PayPal, I will be opening a case to get my money back. Do not buy from this scamming company.

I recently ordered a dress for my daughter and it arrived, all good, except they had neglected to mention a chintzy gold trim, which I had to correct. Ok my mistake, didn't look hard enough at the pic. Next time around my other daughter orders a dress, which was a bad fit. NOT the wrong size, it just was a bad fit. (So ignore the response the company posted, below, as we DID measure correctly! First response was that she gift the dress to someone or swap it. Then after a terse response offered 30%+ $5 US gift voucher and a whinge that the free shipping was at their expense. To continue the saga, my daughter argued her point, back and forth for quite a number of days, until they finally agreed to refund the dress. The dress was sent back. The tag enclosed, but not attached, as it was stuck in the zipper of the dress, so in order to try it on she had to detach the tag, so as to open the zip. Enclosed in the original packaging. If they had quality checked the garment prior to this, they would have found this to be the case. As a result they then responded with a 15% deduction off the refund price when they received it. So there you have it. A company that doesn't honour it's agreement, delays its communication and supplies a sub standard garment and service. There are plenty of great quality retailers online, stay away from Ezpopsy and save your sanity and money!

I refused and was supplied a return address that Pay Pal claims to be on their account, I ship to address and now told it is wrong return address, even though this is on their pay pal acc. Please note Canada Post will not provide tracking # for small International Packet so you will have to return regular post as it will cost more that the merchandise is worth, (this is where the scam starts and they know it!) Returned and hoped for the best only to be told by Espopsy I returned to wrong address? So if you get this address for a return DO NOT SEND. I have now decided to purchase some Hell Money (Bad Luck) and send them the same amount I lost and wish them nothing but bad luck! Unfortunately I did not look up any reviews of this site before ordering. The clothes on this site looked lovely and unique. After ordering I found bad reviews and immediately emailed Ezpopsy to convey my concern. They replied promptly assuring me they would make sure my order was sent as requested etc. Today it arrived. A linen dress ordered came in a different colour and made out of very cheap polyester. Another made out of what looked like curtain net and had a hole and dark discolouration on top which could be seen without taking it out of the wrapper. I tried to contact them as I had done before but a message came back each time saying there was an error and no order of that number or email of my name!

This people are scammers I hope you read this before buying. Bought a dress for a wedding and when I arrived the item was the quality of a £5 dress from the market, not $70 worth. I have sent it back by UPS and sent them an email requesting a refund then getting back a begging email from them saying well give you a discount but please don't refund because it'll take a long time to get my money back and the shipping costs will be charged to me. Surely I have some rights here? Going to look into getting them investigated somehow.

The package I received looks all cheap and does not even have their label on it. The dress they send me is on their website, so it is from them for sure. I wrote to them several times and they keep answering they have delivered neglecting the problem and the fact that I received only 1 cheap item when I payed for 3. Terrible company and costumer service. I do think is a SCAM.

I ordered 5 items from ezpopsy as the website looks fantastic. This order cost $305.90 with $26 for express postage. Initially communication about sizes was very good. That lasted for 2 days, then it became a tussle of wars between trying to choose replacement items that they would then accuse me of looking on another site. I sent links this did not ease the situation. I sent screenshots then they would say I got the order number wrong with such impertinence. 10 days later I asked them to cancel the order, considering the shocking level of communications they then phoned my home and spoke with my husband saying they would phone back later. They did not phone back but sent an email saying they had now posted 4 of the original items. I then opened a dispute with PayPal to try and claim my money back. When the parcel arrived I promptly send it back costing £18 to send it back to CHINA. Don't buy I still have no refund, but only more annoying emails about the 5th item that by this time I have said to cancel at least on 5 separate occasions. I'm shocked at how poor the service and communications are and who ever deals with the emails definitely needs to go on a customer service course for basic training in common decency. At last the emails have stopped from Ezpopsy however I still have no refund and only communicate through PayPal resolution centre. Hopefully this will soon be resolved but it has been nothing since hassle. I made the initial order on 09. 06. 16, when some items arrived it was 26. 09. 16. Hardly express postage that cost $26. I thought the site was From USA since that is the currency they deal in but its deepest darkest China, stay away!

I spent $150 shipping everything back to CHINA, unworn, in original packaging and they will not refund me. They also lie to the custom agency about the cost of the items. I am now out $1000. The dresses on the website look great and the quality, when they arrive, isnt too bad. However i ordered 4 dresses and only 3 have arrived. I have been in touch with customer services who keep insisting i paid by paypal (when i didnt) and cant find my order. 1 dress fits, the other 2 are way too small so need sending back- there is no consistency of sizing. I am not confident of receiving any sort of refund. Customer services are not now responding to my emails. Their english is very poor and communication challenging. Looks arent everything unfortunately- dont risk dealing with them.

Unable to obtain REFUND when item/s never received due to "LOST IN TRANSIT" when seller omitted street number and street name from the address. Seller tried to "negotiate" non existent terms and "dispute" the refund process even when it was proven that there was nothing to "dispute".
