I ordered three items and went with the guidelines on sizing. Firstly talk about rubbish I have thrown out better rags. None of the dresses fit me so that's what I did I threw them all in the bin where they belong, It's an absolute scam and a rip-off. Don't be tempted and don't buy. You get what you pay for and in a way, it was my own fault - I have no doubt these garments come from sweatshops in China and supporting these, is supporting someones misery. You have been warned.
I have now ordered more than 10 outfits (dresses, skirts) from Ezpopsy. Without fail, each exceeded my expectations as it looked even better in real life than on the website. Having always carefully checked the size guide for each product (note: they can differ from product to product), I have never had any issues with sizing. Overall, highly recommended - you definitely cannot get anything of this quality for this price on the high street.
I ordered five items from them and only two arrived in terrible quality.
Unbelievably, I was charged for all the items even though they were not in stock.
In addition, I have not received the money stolen from me in all sorts of strange claims.
Be careful and do not order it, I wish I knew before.

They do not list the return address but when I received a skirt that was four sizes too small. I was ask to keep it and give it to someone. Next, I was told I could return it.
It took me forever to fill out the form to mail something back to china and it cost $150
To mail a skirt! They offer nothing that great in quality or style that cannot be purchased here with the ability to return if it doesn't fit!

I ordered 2 dresses on may i was satisfied, on august i ordered 3 dresses and i was satisfied too, they are amazing.
Asian size is smaller than European size, if you are European take one size larger that what you would be normally.
For example all my french dresses are size S, on Ezpopsy, i ordered size M and all are nice.

The material was basically Halloween costume material. The products are from China and there is no way for return. The best I could get... we will see... is a 15% refund.
I am blocking them from my social media adds as well as reporting them to facebook.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made the mistake of ordering from here. The dresses look cute, but don't waste your time.
The dresses took long to arrive, they were made from cheap fabric/ materials... the zipper literally broke in my hand when I went to put on the dress. The customer service has been bad, they try to push you into keeping the dresses because they know it will cost you so much money to ship the dresses back. They kept trying to buy me off with a 20% off discount code, like I would ever make that mistake.
No no no. I'm totally going to be a better consumer and research the places I shop from in the future. I have learned my lesson.

I have looked at all the reviews. How's sad. How very sad. Ezpopsy is fantastic and I have no problems at all with the product. I have noted that when tracking, my order is out of China in one day. Canada post then takes a very long time to deliver.

I ordered a dress from here - it said size 12 au which is my size but when it arrived it was smaller than a size 8 au. WTF? This dress cost over $100 and it stank of factory polyester smell. Your money will be better spent at anthropologie or jcrew. This store really sucks and is a total rip off!
If you do buy from here get at least two sizes larger than what you would be normally and do not expect quality.

I bought two dresses and when they come I was utterly disapointed with the quality. I have return them and two moths after that I am still waiting for the refund. They keep giving me excuses and responding my emails with samples. They even alleged not having enougj refund balance for that month. What the hell of an answer is that? Never buy at this place. Do not order from this site. I made the mistake of buying a dress that was such poor quality (I am not sure it was even "silk"), with muted/faded colors instead of vivid color as depicted, and so lacking in fit or tailoring you can't even wear it without looking homeless. When I went back to the website photo, I realized the model in the photo was HOLDING the side of the dress to make it fit, and clearly the colors were photoshopped/ enhanced. So I returned the item, at my own expense (after customer service repeatedly tried to convince me to keep the dress for a small price reduction, or else use the credit to buy something else), and waited WEEKS before customer service would confirm that it was received, and then WEEKS more before they issued a PARTIAL refund. When I complained that the refund was only partial, and that I had patiently waited more than 2 months to receive it, they said it was a previously undisclosed "restocking fee" and offered me the difference as a credit to buy something again. To their credit, they DO respond to emails within one business day -- just not with the answers you want to have! (And they will probably write below to ask me to contact customer service -- who are very nice, but ineffective. The policy/managers are the problem: Ezpopsy, you need to spend some money to improve your quality of merchandise and improve your refund system, or you will continue to get these complaints and poor reviews.)

I recently order 4 dresses from this website. One is out of stock even though the website mentions nothing about it. The other 3 only 1 fits me and 2 are too small even though ordered all same size. I contacted customer service and I'm adviced that return fees is on my own cost since base in China (American website). Also I'm being asked either to keep the items or give them to some one else... total rubbish... they tried to give all sort of excuses just to avoid exchange/refund. Keep away from this website.

I'm a size 10 I bought a dress in XL to be sure it fit. It was a horriable fit like a size 6 poor quality with cheep trinckets attached. When I asked to return it they gave me a pathtic expensive shipping reason about going to China (they are in Ft Lauderdale) They are taking advantage of the lousy shipping agreement Clinton made where USA ships at a reasonable price to China and the charge astrominical shipping prices to get it back there like $65. Biggest rip off ever! I put it in the garbage! Its not worth much more. Be careful they come in alot of different names are all over Instagram and othe rsites. DO NOT TRY THEM!

The product I ordered was "Casual Pure Color Ruffle Sleeve Sheath A-line Skater Dress" in color blue. The product is somehow similar from the one on the web catalog, however the fabric is really low quality, don't know if it will stand even one laundry. I will never reorder form this guys from sure.

I ordered 3 dresses there!
When my order arrived, I found out that all the dresses didn't fit me. Two was way too big, the other one was too small. The size chart on the web was very wrong!
Also the material of those dresses are very cheap and bad.
I emailed to the customer service and asked for a refund. Unfortunately the answer was: I have to ship them back to the factory in China at my own cost, and it was strongly not recommended. I was asked to keep the 3 dresses and got a refund of 30% off at my next purchase with a coupon code. So I gave away the 3 unfitted dresses.
Later, When I tried to use the code as I checked out at my 2nd purchase, the code didn't work! So at the end I didn't buy at that 2nd time.
I emailed to the customer services about the failed coupon code but no one replied me.
Never never buy anything there!
