If you are looking for a good collection of dresses and accessories, this is where you should order. Just got my dress delivered, am wearing and could not wait to give a feedback.
This website is superb, if you know how it works. First of all, the products are shipped from different locations, (they have multiple locations), so you have to wait for your dress to arrive. Then because they are working in multiple countries, it takes a bit longer to trace an order. Your order will take at least 4-5 days before it is dispatched, then another 3 weeks to the delivery, depending on where you are located, so plan accordingly.
The quality is superb, very reasonable prices, nice customer support, even better if you know Mandarin or Malay.
I would give 6 stars if i could...

I ordered 2 dresses from them. It took 2 weeks to be told 1 dress was out of stock even though my credit card has been charged. I requested a refund and still have not received it. The second dress has yet to shop up 4 weeks later. I have purchased from many other on-line sites like Zulily and others and have never experienced such a poor level of customer service as I have with this company.
I ordered two dresses months in advance to wear to a special occasion, the dresses did not arrive by specific date, though I was assured it would arrive, I cancelled the order, but had quite the run around, every thing looks beautiful on models, I am not a model. Quality is poor. Another place to not buy from is Floryday bad bad quality. I learnt my lesson the hard way.

I order two dresses, they were nothing like the pictures. The quality was very bad. I paid 126 euro. They promissed me a refund, but after two months waiting a received nothing... Now they do not answer mine emails. Why should they they have already to mine money!

Do. Not. Order. Anything! Poor quality, bears no resemblance to the modelling. When the product arrives it has an invoice that is falsely made out. I paid (stupidly) US$90 for a silk dress. It crackles and sticks to my skin and the invoice states I paid US$20. Just dont risk it. I suspect the rave reviews are plants PS. There is no way this is a reputable site. Not. At. All.

I first purchased a dress and it turns out very satisfactory hence I continue to order the 2nd dress but it turns out a very bad impression and I don't know what to do now... When I received the 2nd item, the color doesn't look the same on the photo, should be white and turns out off-white, the material also look cheap and it has already those small litter flurry from the garment, for the price I was paying, I should not getting this kind of material.
I email them and say I wanted to return the item and I did but Singpost message me and say the item unable to reach... now, I was unable to return the dress and I have to pay for the dress?
I have written them few emails but either NO reply or general reply and says, it will take few working days and following up... but i waited few days, I never gotten any reply.
I am failing a dispute, please see carefully, if you really like the design... gamble it otherwise, be prepared to pay for something that you won't want to wear...
