Asked for prescription, gave you prescription from eye doctor. Paid extra tohave them 3-5days. Did not get them until 10 days later. Waste of extra money for fast shipping.

I'm still waiting for my glasses and for the refund of the delta for the glasses that changed priced two minutes after they were purchased.

I order a sun glass of Maui Jim LIGHTHOUSE and offered the first time buyer 10% off coupon, but nowhere to put the coupon in the online ordering process. The product received was in excellent conditions as brand new in a sealed box. The coupon issue resulted in 4 stars rather than 5 stars.

I asked when my glasses would be shipping and I never got a response except an email (this one) asking me to evaluate my customer service experience. Ummmm... I never had one!

I was double charged for my contacts order. EZ contacts was unable to fix the problem. I have asked my bank to dispute the extra charge. The issue is still unresolved.

I purchased the same exact designer sunglasses from sunglass hut and found them close to $100 less at the easy contacts website. To make Matt is worse my daughter-in-law purchased a $548 pair of sunglasses from Bloomingdale's and the day they arrived I checked easy contacts website and they were literally 50% less. I am not sure how they do it but they are an amazing resource for any purchase for your sunglasses, I will never be buying from another website again.

Very smooth transaction, easy to enter prescription and place order, many shipping options. Saved hundreds over going through place at time of eye exam. Legit brand frame, no fake, high quality product. Lenses are best I have had in over 20 years of ordering glasses. I will never order glasses from anywhere else again, this place is the best by far in all aspects!

It took forever to get here then when they came it looked nothing like the picture. They were supposed to be blue. They were black

I contacted customer service because I took off the express shipping and it was suddenly added back after I checked out and they stated not their problem. That's not good customer service- they should of offered a courtesy refund as a repeat customer and I've never complained Not happy

I shopped around extensively to find the best price on Ray-Ban Jackie Ohh sunglasses. My previous pair had been run over, and I was distraught! I needed a replacement pair of ASAP. I was having trouble finding the exact frame and lenses that I wanted. I was looking for the havana frame with polarized lenses. EZContacts had the Ray-Ban Jackie Ohh style with the havana frame and brown polarized lenses, exactly what I wanted. On many websites there is definitely an upcharge for polarized lenses and limited return policies. Also with EZContacts the shipping was free and they arrived in a few days. I currently do not wear prescription glasses, in the future should I need them I would definitely return to EZContacts.

I have purchased from EZ Contacts in the past and this time ordered a pair of Coach HC6089 frames which I had turned into sunglasses. I was unsure what to do for lenses, so opted to have my ophthalmologist's office handle. They took the frames and sent in to have the lenses made. Anyways, the frames from EZ arrived in perfect condition and also arrived faster than expected. I was so pleased with the service, I will continue to buy and recommend EZ Contacts.
