Been purchased with EX Contact for a while now. The products are legit and un-beatable prices. The shipping time frames is on the dot.
These lenses were done spot on. I have a very difficult prescription and they did a great job. Will definitely use in the future!
I knew what I wanted as far as sunglasses that i had seen at a major brand store. EzContacts had that same model for about $175 cheaper. Ordering them was easy and I got them in no time. *Pleasent experience *

Ordered prescription sunglasses before a big trip. I've been looking for this specific pair for a long time. Ordered them with custom treated mirrored bronze lenses. I paid extra for this. Waited over a week to arrive before my big trip and the lenses are just the standard black lenses. I reached out to customer service almost a week ago (the day they were delivered) with a photo of the glasses. No response at all about how they'll fix the issue. Every day I've sent follow up emails and no response. They were very quick to answer when I asked for delivery updates prior to delivery. But it seems once it was delivered. They have closed out my request and just ignore emails. Not only did I spend an extra $80 for custom lenses they weren't delivered but now I have glasses that I do not like.
Initially sent me a broken item, and after I requested a replacement, they sent the exact same broken item again—after several weeks of waiting. Since both the original and replacement were defective, I chose not to go through another exchange and instead requested a refund. Now they're deducting $9.95 for shipping, even though the issue was entirely on their end.
Two times they filled my prescription incorrectly. I refuse to give them a third chance they have no apologies. Just a lot of excuses. Also, nothing to help to make it right or make it quicker. I work in a pharmacy if I fill a prescription wrong someone could die and when they fill my eyeglass prescriptions wrong and I can't see numbers someone could also die. They don't seem to care. They tell you either return them and wait weeks for them to be redone or get a refund.

I had a great experience with EZContacts. The logo on my Prada glasses fell off, and they replaced the frame without any issues. Even better, they transferred my prescription lenses to the new pair seamlessly. Fast, professional, and super helpful — highly recommend!
I ordered this frame with nearly the top tier lens available: Impact resistant polycarbonate with eyegaurd UV and enhanced anti-reflective Crizal Sapphire HR. I've gotten these exact treatments done to my lenses from an eye doctor office in the past. Typically, my glasses last 4-5 years of normal, everyday wear before I need to replace. And almost always, I have to replace because the frames have worn down. In this case, I've owned this pair for less than 10 months and the coating on the lens has come off in a significant way that is preventing clear vision through the lens. I'm not rough on my glasses and I take very careful care of my frames. I can't believe have cheap and low quality these lenses are. Clearly they subbing out real coating treatments for some knockoff. Overall: I paid $260.09 - roughly $188 of which was specifically towards the lenses - and these haven't lasted even a year. 100% not worth the cost.

Ordered blue light lenses. Only had glasses for 6 months and now have a whole circle missing from the glasses where the blue light is supposed to be. Emailed customer service and all they did was offer 15% off. This is your product that is faulty. A customer shouldn't have to pay for anything to be replaced. Will not order from here any more.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of prescription glasses on 3/27/25 for a total of $369.88. One of them was for prescription sunglasses intended and specified (in their prompt on the website order form) to be matched in tint to what was shown in the product photo. It was delivered barely tinted and could not serve as sunglasses. I requested a re-do, and this time specified explicitly the degree of tint intensity as 15% Visible Light Transmission (or VLT - an optometry term used in the industry). It took another month and multiple chat and phone communications with them to process the correction, and when I received the glasses they were not tinted at all. Turns out their lab mistakenly inverted the specification and applied 15% of tint intensity which instead of 15% of VLT. I had to send the glasses back for another correction, this time insisting on talking to a "problem" manager Fernando and getting him to promise that he'll personally oversee the correction and get it back to me within 3 weeks as I was leaving the country for the summer. Despite me using the website chat and customer service number nearly daily for long frustrating conversations with people who claimed to have contacted the warehouse/lab/managers for the subsequent 3 weeks, I left the country having not received the order. I emailed the customer service and manager from abroad demanding a refund: needless to say, i have not received it. They took my business and my money, wasted 3 months of my time, delivered a mistaken product twice, demonstrated extreme lack of professional expertise and customer service standards, but most importantly, they charged me for a product that I do not have in my possession, which amounts to FRAUD.

Your order was shipped on July 1 and marked as delivered shortly afterward. We understand you were no longer available to receive the shipment, and ultimately, we were able to arrange that you were reimbursed by FedEx.

After I received my glasses, I ordered with the same prescription from a local store. Your glasses give me headaches and I don't see as well as the others.

Glasses took 5 weeks to arrive, then arrived broken. I sent them back and then after another 4 weeks I had to cancel my order in the end as the vacation I had bought the glasses for had been and gone. JOKE COMPANY.

I ordered a pair of Gucci glasses for my son. Unfortunately, the drop down only gave so many choices for script options. Not being an expert myself in this area I input my son's script wrong. I was so worried about how this would turn out. Was my son going to still be able to get his glasses he so wanted?!? So, I called and the representative was great! She took care of everything once I had confirmed that our doctors office confirm for me the correct information! What a relief! My only real gripe is how long it took from start to finish due to the frames originally being on back order and not knowing this before hand. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars! The quality of all the items included was beyond my expectations and my son loves them!
This is a good reliable company that has professional employees that know how to do their jobs very well from ordering to shipping.

Had to return a pair as lenses were not up to expectations. Been 6 weeks and although I sent the glasses back there has been zero contact updating me or asking what I'd like to happen now.

It appeared that glasses were in stock, paid for them and waited 2 months to receive them with no updates from seller. I had to call inquiring about purchase. Saved alot on glasses and love them but be prepared to wait.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
