I've had my glasses for 3 weeks & wording on the sides are fading! I paid a significant amount for these glasses and the letters are fading!

Before I give the negative... I think this website is an excellent source for highly discounted frames that you will most definitely not find at any brick & mortar eye/vision stores, without insurance. Frames that my eye store were selling were going to cost me $284 (just the frames, not the lenses) & on EZContacts website they were $110! Quite the savings! The downside is, make sure the frames you want are in stock. If they are not in stock, they could be as long as 3 weeks before they even get shipped out to you. My in-stock frames shipped within 3 days, got them in 6 days because of the weekend. I waited 3 weeks for my out of stock frames & ended up cancelling the order because they still hadn't received them---way too long to wait.

It took me about three weeks to receive my contact lenses and then I stupidly also purchased glasses, which are going to take another three weeks arrive. Just a waste of time and caused lots of aggravation

Product was good, but paid extra for faster shipping and didn't get it. Customer service was terrible

I was sent the wrong glasses. Returned and still haven't rcvd the correct ones and niether have i heard anything back.

I've been buying contacts from this company for a while and I really like the way it goes smoothly. It takes no longer than a day for them to verify my prescription. I get my contacts fast too.

I loved doing business with EZ contacts. Their service they provided me was incredible. They are a company that keeps their customers informed throughout the whole process.

I knew the exact item I wanted, but it took several days to get a deal. I had an idea of what I wanted to pay for my sunglasses, but the price on the website were too high, even with the discount offered on the site. Instead, I want on the web to find a better discount than what EZContacts offered directly. After several days, I did find a coupon that lowered EZContacts price by $ 20. I wish EZContacts would offer a good deal to begin with instead of making shoppers look elsewhere.

The contacts are so easy to order. Just click on what you want, upload your prescription and voila, a few days later your contacts arrive. Couldn't be any easier.

Placed an order for both prescriptions eyeglasses and sunglasses. Sunglasses received were not expected from the order placed, granted should have left the shade of the sunglasses with full shade not gradient. Quick turnaround with return process but the only issue that is causing this review is that my order was placed 07/12 and still have not received my order for the prescription eye glasses ordered and delivery time keeps getting extended.

Using EZ Contacts makes it extremely easy to reorder my contact lenses and helps me avoid running out of lenses. I can SEE... and thanks to EZ Contacts for making it so easy.
