Needed more Optase. Tried to order from Amazon and it's out of stock or it has possibly been discontinued.
I opted for auto ship on my contacts - and while it sounds great, I pay full price every time instead of shopping for a promotion or sale.

I got new frames because my oldest is a Neanderthal and we just needed to swap lenses to make it to the next appointment. Life. SAVER. [Keep in mind kid ruined them right away, 20/10 buying from you again]

I had a little trouble navigating my first purchase, but customer service was fantastic and corrected my order. Very thankful for the order and great pricing. My only wish is that they would also have as generous an exchange policy for unused contacts as another online competitor.

It took 13 days from the time I ordered the contacts to get the contacts to my house. (Ordered Jul 19 got contacts on Jul 31) Where did my contacts come from the MOON or horse and buggy? Other than that, the price was cheaper than other companies.

This is my 3rd order and with each one the delivery is extremely slow. I send an email to inquire about my order and am told that they were out of stock, but just got them in and will send. Not sure why for the delay and assuming all 3 of the pairs I ordered (at separate times) were OOS.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
