Shipped my order across the country

I ordered a pair of glasses July 27, get an email saying they're delivered Aug 4 and "left with individual", only to follow the tracking and see they were delivered to New Jersey…I'm in Vancouver WA. Come on now. What's worse is it shows in the tracking they started in NJ, made it to Sumner WA on the 30, and were sent BACK to NJ for no reason. So when I reach out, they try to tell me I messed up my own address (didn't btw) and I have to wait to get it shipped back to the facility and re-sent out. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone and now it's weeks late. Super frustrating

Faulty Contact lense when opened

I had ordered 2 6-pack of contact lenses. When I opened one of the contact lenses from my 6-pack box, the lens had already been faulty with a crack in the lens. I have not worn the lens, and it had already been cracked without me even using it yet. I will not order from this company again as they do not compensate their costumers fairly for faulty products. I would love for my faulty contact lens to be replaced. EZ Contacts claims they cannot reimburse me for the faulty contact lens, although I would not be able to know if the product is faulty without opening the box. This company needs to do better in supporting their customers. They currently are not doing enough

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a pair of Garrett Leight sunglasses. 14 days later still nothing. After the 5th day there has been no movement on the tracking. I requested a refund or a new pair of glasses get sent out immediately. I've been told a claim has been put in but it can take up to 10 days. Fernando B. The supervisor was supposed to follow up with me and never did. I still have no resolution. I'm completely disgusted and will not use EZ Contacts again once this is resolved!

The ordering process was easy, once I received the tracking info, my contacts criss crossed the country. It took almost 2 weeks to get them. After 9 days I called customer service. They said they would arrive the next day. I don't think they checked the status. At that point my package was in Phoenix and I live in boston. My package arrive 4 days later
