I ordered two frames-received in perfect condition!
I am sure this is related to Covid but it took 3.5 weeks to get my contacts, even though i ordered using expedited delivery. I called customer service several times, and they kept insisting they would arrive soon. I wish that i had known when i ordered that there would be a delay, but if that was not possible that at the very least customer service would be honest; as it was i had to make up my mind to not believe them and order from somewhere else after several weeks because i was running out.
My wife loves her sunglasses and they look just really good on her!

I had a really unfortunate experience with EZContacts. I ordered glasses for my father as a birthday gift, only to learn weeks later that they would arrive in two months given an extended backorder that the website did not provide visibility into.
Waited three weeks for my order to ship. Only my 2 boxes of contacts were sent out. DHL as the only shipping option shines a light on just how poorly this company operates. Waited another 3 weeks before my glasses shipped -- "expedited shipping" because I complained still took 5 days in transit -- and they arrived sized so wrong as to be unwearable. Being 20% cheaper than much of the competition was NOT worth the headache. Never again.
I ordered the exact frames I found at my optometrist office and the website said it would be an additional 3-4 days for prescription lenses, I wanted them quickly (once they were ready) so I paid $30 for next day shipping. They took over a month and it took 8 attempts to contact before I finally heard back that they were waiting for the frames to arrive. They apparently were never going to let me know that which is a huge red flag. Once they shipped they did not come next day and when I contacted them about refunding the shipping they only offered to refund half, once they arrived I asked ups about it and they said that it was not an expedited label just normal shipping, so they essentially just stole my money. Also, they are not the same frames I ordered but a much larger size but they are awful and didn't care. I will never use them again and you should save your money.
Item showed in stock and would ship in 2 days. It ended up not being and took 4-5 weeks to get. Every time I called customer service I received a different answer. I was promised call backs or emails with updates that never happened. I paid for 2 day shipping and the package went from New York City to Memphis and sat there for a several days before coming all the way back to Pennsylvania.
Site has nicely price frames but it took 6+ weeks and three calls to Customer Service to get frames shipped to me. This was the second tIme I ordered frames and both times there has long lead/ship times.

I love my new sunglasses and was excited to receive them, but when I opened the box, they were so crooked. BADLY out of shape as if someone sat on them. I would pin it on it getting damaged during delivery, but inside TWO hard shell cases, it doesn't make sense. Now I don't know what to do with them!

Ordered pair of Dior glasses on August 6,2020. Never received. On August 25,2020, attempted contact via chat. Standardized bot response that team would get back to me. Tracking information informed item was being processed at warehouse. Requested order cancel. Horrible Experience. Never received order. But, more important, never received follow-up from company.
I was a victim of the shipping scam by this business. I needed my sunglasses to be delivered quickly to support a vacation. I paid full freight for two day shipping because I was leaving at the end of day 3. These showed up on my doorstep on day 5. Little good that did me on my vacation. I started to contact this vendor by e-mail and phone when I expected the delivery and up til i left on vacation... no answer... so I left several messages. As of day 7 there has been no response. The damage of not getting this delivery on time is a big deal to me. Don't make a promise as a vendor unless you will keep it. The other scam is that I paid for 2nd day shipping and there is no excuse for this arriving on day 5. The vendor shipped it on a slow boat and pocket my shipping premium. Where is my refund for the fraudulent shipping performance?
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY EXPECTING AN ACCELERATED DELIVERY!
Communication and tracking was non-existent once the order was submitted. I contacted EZContacts after 3 weeks and my order was pushed. The glasses arrived with a bent nose piece and the lens profiles were not cut correctly to fit the frames leaving a slight air gap at each top corner. I sent detailed photos of the issues and EZContacts made me feel like they weren't defects and pushed me to go to my local eye care facility to get them reassembled. EZContact however, did allow up to $20 reimbursement for any work that had to be performed by the local eye care facility with an itemized receipt of work performed. The other option was to send the glasses back but that involved paying shipping, risking additional payments, and another multiple weeks without glasses. All-in-all I have glasses that are "just okay" and I constantly think about the gaps in my frames. I saved about $40 compared to my local eye care facility but it wasn't worth the hassles. I would not use EZContacts again.
Terrible service, waited over 2 months for my glasses. Wrong prescription. Never again. Paid $547 and some change. Rip off
First they DO NOT verify your prescription. I ordered the wrong strength on one eye, and when I reviewed my order immediately after purchase I contacted them to change it. Didn't hear back anything, but forgot about it since I thought they would verify what I ordered against the prescription I sent them. My fault on that and for immediately opening the boxes without checking first. But their fault for not verifying! Secondly, I Ordered 4 boxes of airoptix and on my iPhone there was NO WHERE that indicated I was only receiving 3 lenses per box. Paid an exorbitant fee for a six month supply and didn't realize I got duped until after opening 2 boxes. Again, my bad. But this time THEY are at fault for not making it highly visible the amount of lenses per box! Lastly, when I returned the overpriced and all around horrific order they ripped me off by not giving my the full amount for the unopened boxes! So the moral of the story... these guys are crooks! And I will be letting my eye doctor know they do NOT verify prescriptions!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
