I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Outdoorsman Ii 3029 Sunglasses, everything looks like a great service ( an email when you order saying they won't charge until they send the merchandise, another one saying they shipped and providing a tracking number, in the box a little spray to clean the glasses with their logo) until I got a fake pair of sunglasses that don't even look like the ones you ordered. I have never had an experience like this before. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I received them yesterday, I don't know how the return process will be but I can guarantee It will take a long time before I see the money back in my bank account.

Ordered July 5th. Contacted them 10 days afterward to check on the order. They told me it would ship within another 3 days. About a month after contacting them they sent a shipping confirmation late august but never delivered the item. They ignored me when I told them I answered my door with no knock, ring, or sign of a package when I received a delivery text, and refuse to refund my money. I would stay away from them its anheadache and waste of time.

After ordering a pair of sunglasses that were "available", 3 weeks later I'm being told to wait 2 more weeks and pick something else... I've ordered three previous orders but after this, never again! I was hung up on 3 times and all I got was a we'll look into it, apparently not if your employees were willing to do it three times. But at this point I'm canceling because the shade should come from the sunglasses not the company you're spending your money with

Now that I have been waiting 3 weeks for a pair of glasses that have been listed on the site as available in 2 to 3 days, and have been listed as such the entire time. I have been told that it will be the end of next week before they are shipped. They give canned excuses "the manufacture has been way late" "your lenses take a lot of time" funny never has any other place, and they do nothing to help. Oh and they are clueless about using insurance. This is the same thing you will find in other reviews.

Paid for 2 day shipping. It took over a month. I never received the delivery because they wouldn't update the address for me when I moved and they ghosted me after only answering once without being helpful.

Covid is happening. I realize that. BUT:
1. There was no statement ANYWHERE saying they were having problems. No disclaimer on the product page, when I was choosing shipping, not on their homepage or hero image that persists throughout the website. They didn't say anything in my confirmation email.

They get one extra star because the price was cheap and SOMEONE got my sunglasses, and I guess because of Covid. They also answered one of my email requests so that's not nothing but I am still out 80 bucks and a month's worth of frustration.

Per their website contacts ship in a day or two or they will contact you via email. It has been 3 weeks and I still don't have my order. I had to call 3 times to get a partial order to ship and was told they would expedite the order. It's been another week and my partial order is still in transit. NY to Chicago does not take 5 days! EZ Contacts has done nothing to help and has only LIED to me multiple times. I'm not leaving my Order ID - EZContacts has all my contact information. They can contact me directly. BTW after I emailed them I tried their chat... I received a response that no one was available at the time for chat. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
