By default they use a highly unreliable shipping method called UPS sure post. Now they want me to wait an extra week to file a usps claim after we already waited 2 weeks for the glasses instead reshipping them.
There was a mixup with my order when it said delivered and package was not in parcel box. Went back a few days later and package was there! All in all happy with my experience.
Took over a month to come, but love the quality. Would be a 5 star review if they didn't take so long to come

Order my glasses expecting them to take 2 weeks it took more than a month. I email many times with no response then I try emailing one more time they responded 3 days later saying there was a defect on the first pair and had to be done again. I don't understand why the lack of communication, every day I would check on the status and nothing would change always said the same. Finally I had enough and told them I don't want them anymore just to give me a refund this was taking to long. Well tell why they responded all late saying they had barely seen the email and it was to late because they had already shipped them.
I am in love with my glasses and for a price you cannot beat. Ezcontacts made the order simple and easy
The first pair of glasses I ordered took about a month to arrive and they arrived scratched (possibly were a refurbished pair because they also fit looser on my head) so I had to return them and order a new pair. The second pair I ordered with expedited shipping but they still arrived later than expected. The second pair seems fine but I would likely not order from them again due to lack of quality control. The glasses themselves are great though and I like the style.
First purchase was great. Great selection of the newest brands and styles. Smooth process. Will be purchasing again very soon.
I ordered new glasses during the quarantine. I was afraid I would not get my order. EZ contacts keep me updated on the status of my order and they delivered as promised.
There isn't a negative on here? That's wild. It was my first time ordering them Ezcontacts. I wasted $#*!ing $153.38 On some glasses that I didn't receive. I am trying to fill out the claim to get my money back. I don't have a printer to print out the form. Library close don't know where I can go. I'm so mad.
Ordered a pair of glasses on 3/20 and 3/23. Still waiting to receive either pair over a month later. Zero updates from business or their customer service. The next step is disputing with the bank. I learned the hard way about trying to save a buck, back to Costco it is.
Don't buy anything from ezcontact. In particular, do not trust ezpoint reward program. They expire yout ezpoint reward when u use them. Insted, they give you three sample lenses of only one eye. Joke!
Also, you never wont use the rewards unless you pay a very high prices.
Fraudulent company and very rude customer services. Keep away..
There is a little crack inside the lenses, it's not a big issue but it's not perfect.
I still have not received my glasses. They should have been delivered on April 14th. I have called them several times and keep getting the run around. I will not be ordering from them in the future!
My order was placed a month ago and I ordered two frames. One frame came in the mail but I still haven't received and contact regarding the second frame. I have never had this issue with EZ contacts in the past so I was shocked a bit. Other than that I love the first frames I have received...
My daughter was in need of a new pair of glasses because hers broke in the middle of the corona pandemic. I started looking online and came across EzContacts and had a great experience. It was a quick and easy way to get glasses without having to go to an eyeglass store. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering from you again!

Ordered two pair of glasses, one daily use and one set of prescription sunglasses. Got my normal daily use ones in less than a week. Very nice, solid, stylish, good quality. My sunglasses almost a month later still haven't arrived. No shipping date expected, nothing. Extremely upset. I realize COVID-19 has things a bit messed up in the world, but I am an essential Healthcare worker and I would assume Healthcare related products such as glasses would still ship as well. So still waiting and I am have gotten nothing more than them saying they would expedite shipping and give me back my $6 shipping charge. That is not very good customer service. At this point they should upgrade the lenses or something because a month when they suggest shipping in less than a week is unacceptable.
I understand that we are under special circumstances but the customer should not be given false information about orders. I have been waiting for more than 5 weeks for my order with little and false information every time I contacted the company.
Great place to purchase prescription glasses. Took about 3 weeks to receive them. Everything with my pair was great but I had to return them. It wasn't EZcontacts fault. Now I know I would not purchase a pair with nose pads and metal frames. Return policy is great. Definitely will purchase another pair of eyeglasses.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
