I was able to order new glasses during COVID-19, as my optometrist was closed. Other sites required that I send a prescription that I couldn't get. The site was easy to use. The price was great. The only problem was shipping. I had to contact the shippers - my order was eventually handed off to USPS - and I was getting messages that neither one had the package. Eventually my package was found. EZContacts offers a great service at a great price. My glasses fit great and the prescription is accurate - I can see through them! I would recommend EZContacts.

TI purchased a versace frame from this site with Prescription lenses, my order was was easy and reasonably priced. Customer service was nice with answering the questions that I had before making the purchase.

I got the lowest possible price on my glasses, far cheaper than any other online retailer. My old glasses broke and I needed new ones. I knew with the pandemic and crisis in NY that delivery would be delayed. I'm very grateful for the workers that were able to make my glasses!
I ordered my glasses on March 13th and received my product on April 1st. They came with two separate cloths and an awesome little screwdriver that can go on your keychain, which I find to be super nice because my old glasses constantly needed tightened and I didn't have a small enough screwdriver. The product fits and looks as it does online. I love my glasses.

I've never had an issue with ez contacts. But this time I'm extremely disappointed because it's been over a month and I have yet to receive my glasses. I was sent an email saying they weren't instock so it would be an additional 2 weeks. I talked to a lady after the two weeks was up and she said it would be an additional 2 weeks. Can I just pick a new style since I still haven't received them?

Found the frames i wanted at a reasonable price and were delivered in two weeks
EZContacts i ordered glasses 12 days ago. Currently resolving with them however marketing is inconsistent with my experience. Will update upon resolution. Essential industry, dont want to get sick using contacts. Paid to expedite. Long time to respond still not delivered.
The pair I would order would either be backordered or unavailable. Had to choose 3 different pairs until I got it in the mail. Took over a month. Glasses are nice and what I needed
Online description accurate and prices are competitive
The glasses that I got were great - I loved that I had a complete menu of options (I hate that no-glare coating that every other company seems to not let you opt out of) for my lenses. They came with a hard case, 2 cleaning cloths and a tiny screwdriver on a key chain (very handy). Prescription is perfect (a copy of which is included in the package). The only things I would have improved about the experience are 1. An on-line try-on option and 2. The turn around time to receive the glasses... after I placed the order was when I found out that it would be a 2 week wait. It was actually 3 weeks (unavoidable with the virus) Other than that, I am quite pleased with the whole experience.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
