I was uninformed about the delay of my items and had to reach out personally for a response. The turnaround time for a few of my items did not match the estimated time on the product page.
I placed an order on 6/24/2020 for a pair of glasses. After receiving an email on 6/25/2020 that the order was delayed due to back order I did not receive my glasses until 7/27/2020. That is unacceptable. I feel you should know your stock and if it were on back order why was I allowed to order them?
Had to do a return because they had changed the frames from the original ones we had ordered previously(my son wanted the same frames, but needed a new prescription). Same SKU # on the frames, but the are absolutely not the same frames. I was told they would deduct the shipping $6.99, but they actually kept $14.99 from the original price paid. NOT COOL.
The site is easy to use, great options at a good price and their customer service is great. They changed my prescription, as I had entered it wrong and sent me the correct prescription glasses. Comfortable and very cute glasses.
That kind of money and then the ship by a DHL? Instead of 1 day USPS it took a solid week to go from NYC to CT. I could have driven there and back in less then half day! But who wants to be in NYC during a PANDEMIC? Not happy with the price! Not the shipping! They need to do much better!
Easy to order. Arrived after about three weeks. They were much more affordable here than what I found locally.
Waited 1 month for the glasses, when they arrived there was barely any tint in the transition lenses at all. I order transitions for the obvious reason. These glasses will not be able to be used as sunglasses. Disappointed.
I had issues with the first pair I ordered and The representative Clara made sure I got what I wanted and the glasses are perfect. The shipping time frame was normal. I would purchase from Ezcontacts again.
Ordered a pair of frames 7/1. As of today it is 8/6 and I have received nothing. Customer service has been giving me the run around for weeks. My thing is even if they order these glasses overseas it shouldn't take over a month to receive a pair of lenses. That's absolutely unacceptable and a failing business plan in today's age. The lack of transparency leads me to think this company is fraudulent. Requesting a refund has also been a process.
Very beautiful glasses, but they keep sliding off my face! But other than that, they arrived pretty fast, and the Rx is good! Ty
DOnt buy from this site. They said product available within 5-7 days but doesnt ship for more than a month.
Customer service was responsive. They gave me a time table for when my order will be shipped and it was on time.
Given the Covid-19 situation, they were still able to ship as promised compared to other vendors that took over a month and without any updates.
The sunglasses I ordered came with my prescription for a no line progressive. So far the quality is spot on. The lens is pretty close to original. Pricing may be a bit on the high side but they do offer some discounts and you should take advantage of it. Overall, I am very happy with my EZContacts buying experience. I will order again and hope the processing time will be shorter once Covid-19 passes.
I was a little uneasy buying eyeglasses online, especially expensive glasses. Although difficult to reach sometimes, EZ made the experience easy. The staff members I spoke to were all courteous, helpful and product knowledgeable, Raizy was my primary contact. She always gave me straightforward answers to my questions. She never rushed me on the phone. She made me feel comfortable buying eyeglasses online. She is an excellent representative for the company. I have no problem recommending EZ Contacts to anybody interested in buying eyeglasses online. I'm very happy with new glasses. Five stars for EZ.
It took to three weeks preparing my regular glasses
Very late shipment and CS is almost nonexistent.
Stay away unless you are willing to wait 3-4 weeks MINIMUM for your order to be processed despite their FALSE ADVERTISING claiming that they ship within 3-4 days.
I received sunglasses with prescription lenses. The right lens have a stain on it, I already sent three emails: the first asked me to clean the lenses with the spray provided with the glasses, and I didn't receive any spray! The second and third email, both with pictures, I never receive an answer. I could not be more disappointed with ezcontacts.
My glasses arrived at local PO on Thur, sent S 125 miles then returned then sent N 275 miles. Took a few extra days but finally came after 750 miles extra. Skeptics might assume they drove them around to make sure I had to wait 5-7 days, free shipping y'all!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
