Just received my prescription Saint Laurent eyeglasses.
Order was placed July 17th. So almost a month to receive them. Was a little concerned at one point after reading other reviews about how long it would take to recieve. Feel like the 2 day shipping is a little misleading as people forget sometimes they wont have your glasses in stock and are currently in a pandemic, plus the time it actually takes to make your lenses. Seeing as we are in a pandemic i feel like less than 30 days to receive my glasses is fair! Especially at the price. Got all the bells and whistles, blue light and uv block, the thinnest lenses, anti reflective etc for $320. All in all, good experience! Definitely would buy glasses in the future from them. 4/5 stars, would definitely be 5/5 if they communicated the amount of time processing your order takes.
It was incredibly easy to add the prescription to my sunglasses. My prescription is pretty light but makes a huge difference when I'm golfing or driving. It was cost effective and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
Ordering was fine and shipping on contacts was quick but eye glasses were promised within a day or so but came about a week later. Tracking updates were very helpful and appreciated thought!

The glasses were exactly what I ordered. The process was very easy to understand. T took a little longer than the site said it would but the pandemic was probably the cause. I am extremely satisfied with my Raybans!
It was super simple to find the frame I wanted and to add the prescription to my lenses. And I found the price lower compared to their sites.
It took over two months to get my glasses never again.
Purchased Gucci with prescription lenses. Everything was as expected. The quality of the lenses is outstanding.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from EZContacts on 7-14-20 and never received them.
Each time I called the hold was 1-2 hours before someone returned my call.
I finally called and canceled the order and they even screwed that up. I wish I could give them the finger instead of one star. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I EVIDENTLY ORDERED THE GLASSES FROM AMAZON and PAID more to be rid of EZContacts!

No real answer when inquired about delay or solution.
Still waiting to arrive... 3 and half weeks... i wish i would have been told that it could take this long... when ordered it said 3-5 business days
3 weeks no contacts. No messages about shipping delays. Sent 3 emails, opened 2 chats and requested a refund. Only one response 3 days later telling me that they should ship in 3 to 5 more business days for free. That was 4 days ago. Never will I do business with Ezcontacts again.
Overall, a good experience. The reason for the 4 stars is the length of time it took to receive the glasses.
I was uninformed about the delay of my items and had to reach out personally for a response. The turnaround time for a few of my items did not match the estimated time on the product page.
I placed an order on 6/24/2020 for a pair of glasses. After receiving an email on 6/25/2020 that the order was delayed due to back order I did not receive my glasses until 7/27/2020. That is unacceptable. I feel you should know your stock and if it were on back order why was I allowed to order them?
Had to do a return because they had changed the frames from the original ones we had ordered previously(my son wanted the same frames, but needed a new prescription). Same SKU # on the frames, but the are absolutely not the same frames. I was told they would deduct the shipping $6.99, but they actually kept $14.99 from the original price paid. NOT COOL.
The site is easy to use, great options at a good price and their customer service is great. They changed my prescription, as I had entered it wrong and sent me the correct prescription glasses. Comfortable and very cute glasses.
That kind of money and then the ship by a DHL? Instead of 1 day USPS it took a solid week to go from NYC to CT. I could have driven there and back in less then half day! But who wants to be in NYC during a PANDEMIC? Not happy with the price! Not the shipping! They need to do much better!
Easy to order. Arrived after about three weeks. They were much more affordable here than what I found locally.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
