I was searching online for eyeglasses (Frames only, but they also sell lenses) and found that the BEST PRICES, hands down, were at EZContacts.com. It's really not even close... One would assume that because their prices are so low, they skimp on customer service, but that's not the case! Reached out to them via Chat/Email/Phone to inquire about their return policy, upcoming sales, and more, and they were very helpful, courteous, and just a joy to deal with. I highly recommend EZContacts!

I first thought the deal I was getting was too good to be true. I ordered anyway and I'm so glad I did. I literally got the glasses I wanted for 50% off the retail price! On top of that their customer service is great. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered glasses on Oct 5 and have still not received them by Nov 22. I called 3 weeks in a row and was told the same story, that they are in the lab and will be out next day. This company should not be in business as they can't manage their orders.

Good experience

I ordered contacts from EZ recently and did not receive an email confirmation immediately (but did later in the evening), so I did some research and found a lot of negative reviews. I was worried so I cancelled my order. I now believe this was a mistake and unwarranted. They might not be as responsive as some companies, but they have good prices and my knee-jerk reaction was just that, and I feel bad. They are obviously a smaller company. I won't hesitate to order from them next time. Both the person I spoke with and emailed were very pleasant, courteous, and professional.

STAY AWAY!

I placed an order on 10/20/16 for $458 using my FSA card. On 10/21/16, I received a call from the company, outside of their regular business hours, stating that the payment had failed. However, upon checking my FSA, not only had the charge been processed, but I saw they had fraudulently charged my card for an additional $143, without my permission. The rep I spoke with, Hajji, tried to confuse me by throwing all these numbers around, making up fake charges to convince me to provide him with an alternative payment method. At this point, I demanded that the order be canceled, I received an email confirmation of the cancellation, so I assumed that was the end of it it. However, upon checking my FSA account today 10/25, I saw that two more amounts ($143 and $179) had been fraudulently charged to my card on 10/24. I have spent the morning canceling my FSA account, and will now have to file claims to have the funds that ezcontacts stole from my account returned, and wait 7-10 days to receive a new card, which is definitely an inconvenience. I have now been on hold with ezcontacts for over an hour, as they are impossible to get in contact with. Please, save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare of a company; they are scammers. I have reported them to the BBB (they already have a F rating), and my next step will be reporting them to the NY Attorney General to put an end to their fraudulent activity.

Ordered a pair of Burberry Sunglasses. When I ordered I was told I could return them for a full refund within 30 days. I wanted to return them and log into the site and my account and there was no form to return as I was told there would be. I called customer service and was on hold for 4 hours and had to disconnect due to an appointment. Called again later in the day and was on hold for over 2 hours. Still have not been able to talk to a representative to return glasses. Do not, I repeat Do not order from this site it is not not worth the savings.

Not a single problem

I read the reviews, but took a chance. Found a pair of designer glasses at a retail store that I loved. Didn't want to spend almost two hundred dollars on them. Found the same ones for half the price on EZ Contacts. They came within a week and are absolutely authentic. Love them!

Ordered 4 pairs of glases... 3 arrived, 1 is still missing.

Find someplace else!

Almost a month after ordering glasses from this company I called them to check the status. The somewhat dismissive customer service rep assured me this type of delay was rare and that she would research the situation and call me right back. Three days later, after no response, I sent an email demanding either the product I ordered, or a full refund. Four days later I received a response telling me the product is out of stock, no longer made, and offering me a substitute of a different frame. They said for my hassle they'd upgrade my shipping from regular to priority - Yippee! (Based on the way they operate I can only assume that upgrading to priority shipping means instead of it taking 3 weeks for them to ship something I'd get it in 20 days!). I've filed a Paypal dispute to get my money back.

If you did what I did, and just went with the cheapest company you could find, spend a few more dollars and deal with a reputable company, and save yourself the hassle.

Don't waste your time

Yes they seem to be the best price but if you never get your contacts then what is the point. I placed my order, included a copy of my contact prescription and my doctor's name and phone. About 4 days later I got an email asking for my Rx as they didn't have my contacts. I wrote back that I had included the Rx and then about 3 weeks later (after I had already placed and received my order with 1800contacts I got an email apologizing. Thankfully I used my Amex and contested the charge and it was removed.

Took over 10 days to receive order after it was placed. Want to chat with someone online? Don't bother clicking the "chat" button - no one answers, and you are asked to leave a message. Good luck getting a reply. Horrible. Total scam operation. NEVER AGAIN!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY! Should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a pair of sunglasses Aug. 6th and paid an EXTRA $19.99 for a 3 day EXPRESS... Called Aug. 15th (9 Days Later) and was told supposedly they had to wait for Versace to ship the sunglasses to them because they were back ordered. That they should receive it that day. What happened was that they probably were still not finished from making the sunglasses at there home. What a coincidence that they had shipped them out to me that night. (Sounds like a bunch of f*@^&n Bullsh! T to me) My dispute was to get my $20 for paying a 3 day express. That day a Rep named G said he'd call me back, nothing that day. The next day I called and Ram said he'd call me back in an hour and nothing, 4 hours later I called and was told that I probably missed were it said it only applies once your order is ready to ship. Well, had I known that they didn't have them on hand I would have just waited for normal delivery time and save myself the extra $ 20 dollars. In the end I was only able to get refunded $10, well let's see how long that'll take to get back. It shows my tracking order is on its way, let's hope the Sunglasses are legit and in good Condition. I truly hope I do not have to go through the nightmare of returning them. Overall I will never buy from this Company again because the next time around I probably wont get so lucky! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I ordered contacts from this site on 7/7.5 days later I contacted them because the order had still not been processed. 7/14 I get an email saying that I will have tracking information in 24-48 hours. 5 days (7/19) later I still had nothing so I contacted them again and asked that unless they can guarentee my order was going out soon I would like to cancel my order. This time I get a response 6 minutes later saying that my order was canceled and my money would be refunded 3-5 days later. Today is 7/26 and I have not received my refund. Horrible customer service! Never order from this company!

Weirdest experience I have ever had online. Bought some Versace sunglasses. Got to payment page, chose PayPal. Weirdest PayPal link I have ever seen. I noticed it showed an old. Credit card, so I went to paypal in another window to fix the problem. Was not able to because credit card showed a transaction. When I went back to Ezcontacts, the purchase ha already been made. Without me having pressed the purchase button. I was shocked. Called the next day and the lady was odd as heck. Hardly talked to me. Sent 2 emails. It has been 7 days and no shipping confirmation, no PayPal email letting me know a payment was requested and no answer.to any of my messages asking for update. I am wondering if this place is for real. Bizarre!

I wish I had read all of these reviews before making the purchase. I bought a pair of D & G aviators that I was actually replacing from Sunglass hut because I lost them recently. The glasses that arrived from EZ Contacts were a cheap quality frame and does not compare to in quality from my pair from Sunglass hut. As the saying goes - if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. I should have done more research before making the purchase. Based on the bad reviews on returns, I don't even want to go though the hassle of returning so I am out $150. I hope that this website gets shut down!

Poor delivery

Buying the glasses was easy. Paying was ok. The company failed, however, to deliver in timely manner. It's been over a week and they haven't dispatched the glasses yet. In their website, the shipment or delivery (unclear) time was 5 to 7 days, but they already missed this deadline.

Terrible customer service. Order sunglasses weeks ago and still not here. Every time I call or chat, they say that they are in the lab and they will make them a priority. This has been going on for a week, and they still have not shipped. Finally had to cancel my order since I have no confidence they will be here anytime soon.
