I ordered my glasses Jan 11. I have never received an update or anything. Your "chat" on the website is a scam, NO ONE ever answers it. If I could actually get ahold of someone there I would cancel my order but I guess I will dispute the charge on my card.
I love my new glasses! I can see! They fit great! And i love the frame! Next time i will opt to have them shipped in less time! I don't have anything bad to say about my experience
I am writing to you this email to tell you about my experience with one of your customer service rep name Kathy. She did a phi-nominal job making sure my glasses were shipped on time and giving me timely updates on the status as my original order seemed be lost in transit. She also made sure i get the bill with the right dates that reflect my original order as i had to bill it to my insurance. I have never experience the customer services that she was able to provide we just spoke on call just once and rest was on email never felt a need to get on call. She was on the point. Its her services that will make me advocate about EZcontactsusa.com. I am customer for life :). Also i ended up buying 2 sunglasses instead of 1.
I am furious, frustrated, dissatisfied, with the service I haven't received. I have called, I have been on the chat line and everyday I get a different story or a different date regarding my glasses. Now I'm told they should be ready by next week which puts the time at almost 4 weeks. This is not acceptable. Had I known the advertisement 5-7 business days and a added three for frames you have to send out for were not true, I could had gone to a more reptable place of business. I am VERY ANGRY and PISTED. Reporting this to the better business bureau.
Amazing customer service! I love my new glasses! I will definitely be ordering from this site again!
Keep calling and emailing but it hasn't even been shipped yet. If doesn't come in next few days will be cancelling payment and contacting better business bureau

No response to email as order is two weeks late. I have emailed two times. Credit card has been billed on day of order. Scam company selling fake frames. If they were legit they would return emails and live chat would actually work as I have tried that numerous times with no luck. STAY AWAY!

I sent an email 01/12 to cancel my order placed 01/09 and never received a reply.
I also sent another email a couple days later that was never answered.
I called several times and waited on hold during the week of 01/09.
I finally waited on hold and spoke with someone 01/16 who said she would rush my order to me and if I canceled, there would be a restocking fee.
On 01/18 I still had not heard back so I sent another email to cancel.
On 01/23 I filed a complaint with BBB.
Never heard back from the company and never received the glasses.
This has to be THEE worst customer service ever.
I placed my order on January 9th and it's January 24th and still no glasses. My credit card was charged, but I have received no update on my order and it's been 15 days since i've placed it.?
I placed my order with no indication on the website that my frames were on back order. I would have appreciated knowing this as it impacted my decision to place the order. I expected to reci be my purchase in 3-5 business days and later learned it would take three weeks. As a result I cancelled my order and found the glasses readily available elsewhere. Customer service to take care of this was great.
I purchased versace frames and have yet to hear anything on them. Its been a couple weeks now. I will probably have to pass on this website the next time i decide to purchase some new frames.

It took almost 2 weeks for my glasses to ship, and I had to follow up myself to see why. Even after that, the time they told me wasn't accurate.

Very easy to order, great selection, great prices! I was very pleased with the glasses I ordered when I received them. I will definitely consider ordering from you guys again instead of going to Walmart or LensCrafters as I have in the past!
Still have not received a confirmation email for my purchase. I purchased on 1/8/17 and today is 1/23/17. I was not pre warned that the glasses would take a month to be delivered. I had to contact hay support to find out that there was no set delivery date for my glasses.

The customer service has been amazing and very personal. They have been responsive to my questions and super helpful.
My overall experience was that at all, but the communication was definitely lacking. Instead of EZContacts notifying me of measurements I had to contact them to see what was the hold only to find out that they needed my PD. As I'm still waiting no email, no calls... I call again only to find out that there was a back order on my lens. Simply no communication results in bad customer service to me. And when I called checking the status, the agent tells me that there is back order on you frames, and they should be in by the end of the week. And since it's been a while we are going to ship your glasses through priority mail so you can get the quicker... umm that's not doing me any favors since priority mail is 3-5 days and it was my original shipping option from the beginning.
I clicked 5-7 day shipping but it took more than double that for my order to get here. I emailed them about that issue and no one ever responded even though i was "guaranteed a response in 24 hours or less"!?
So far, terrible service. Ironic asking me to rate service before I receive my order! It has been almost two weeks!
I put my order in awhile ago and so I sent in an email asking for a follow up. I did get a relatively quick response about what was taking so long but I still have not received word that my glasses have been shipped. The pricing is very good and that is absolutely impressive.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
