I ordered Rx sunglasses 12 business days ago. When I contacted the earlier this week, they said they are working on them right now and would be shipped this week. I have yet to receive a notice that they have been shipped. I sent a couple of emails with no response returned about my order.
Given false information regarding production time and delivery time so order cancelled. Sunglasses were for a vacation. Very disappointing. Never had this problem with company before.
I had an eye exam at a national chain in December and they quoted me $200 for the pair of glasses I wanted, I checked online and found the exact frame and lenses at EZContacts for $52! The service and quality are great.
What I ordered wasn't in stock. They didn't bother to tell me until I contacted them nearly 2 weeks later, when they told me I'd have to wait at least a month if I wanted what I ordered. Then they tried to get me to switch to an unrelated product. I will never use this site again.
Apparently they started working on the order eight days after I submitted itsubmitted January 3 today is January 18 and still have not received the glasses
I have owned 10+ pairs of Persol's, and ordered from here. These glasses weren't even a high quality fake, at that. The glasses are so bad in fact, that a sweater that you hand knitted out of cat fur for the first time would look better than these- the bridge was crooked, the lenses were different sizes. This site is a sham scam, and I wish businesses like these would be regulated and shut down, for being a (low quality) fraud.
I was trying to purchase a pair of sunglasses from another site with a gift card, for some reason the payment wasn't going through. I try calling customer service and every time I was placed on hold and would just click after 30 min, I email them and got their direct number, I called 3 times and got sent to a voice mail. I then found ezcontacts and they answered the first time I called, they were so easy to work with, I would defenetly buy from them again.
So many great styles to choose from! These are my favorite glasses ever. One pair was quick to my door. My second pair was back ordered for a bit but totally worth the wait!
The frame was available on the web site by the time it was ordered. I received an email the next day "updating" the available time to 15 days. However, after two and half months, I still have not received the frame. During this time, I called once and was given another available day. By that given day, the frame did not show up. Finally I called to cancel the order. I am waiting for my refund. The chat on the website never works. The saving on price absolutely does not worth the time and the headache dealing with this company. I can't comment on the quality of the product since I did not receive the frame. I imagine it would be another headache trying to return or exchange the product. There are other online glasses companies out there which also deal with "back orders" but with much more reliable service.
Returned two of the three frames that I ordered. A month later, I still have not received a credit or even an acknowledgment that they received them.
Ordered some frames with prescription lenses, still haven't received them and it's been over a month. Customer service said they would upgrade shipping when the order was ready (frames had to be shipped from Italy because they were out of stock), glasses were shipped last week with the worst class of shipping possible. Should be here in another 5 days... terrible company. Don't fall for the good deals.
Poor customer service. I never received emails promised me. I called numerous times as the order status didn't change. When I did receive my contacts the invoice was incorrect and so I can not send it for reimbursement. I called and was promised it would be corrected and emailed to.me. So far I still have not received an email and my invoice online has not changed (1 week). I will not use your company again.
First order of glasses made it as far as the post office. After a few back and forth emails with customer service, a new pair was ordered to replace the first one. I asked for rush processing and shipping. Neither happened. I also requested that the glasses not be sent to the PO but to use the original shipping company, that did not happen either. The glasses did finally arrive and they are the correct ones with the right prescription.
Placed an order for persol sunglasses and the legs were wobbly after a few wears were they had the vertical silver lines. Felt like they would snap after a few more wears. One side was worse than the other. Contacted them to do a warranty return paid for the shipping and the additional warranty fee. Never heard back from them after several weeks so I contacted them again. They told me it was on back order. After a few weeks finally received them and they were the same glasses that I had shipped back to them. Had exactly the same issue. So yes they ripped me off. Made me wait a few weeks to think that they'll replace it but just send back the very same pair thinking we would not notice by adding a stupid tag on it and putting a new sticker on the lens?!? Great customer service right?!?! I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. Customer service is terrible. They don't tell you anything regarding updates unless you ask and for them to send back the very same damaged pair of sunglasses unfixed. They are not trustworthy. Guess that's how it is when you decide to buy from these types of websites. Never again...
Overnight shipping option got here over two weeks later in separate boxes. Thanks for nothing!
I purchased sunglasses that needed to be returned and I am waiting for a refund over a month later which is completely unacceptable.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
