The frames are very high quality. Prescription was perfect. They look fantastic, even attractive enough for my 17 year old son to wear to school (and you know they need to look good). Once the frames were received from the manufacturer the glasses were received only a couple days after that. I had made a mistake on my order and the customer service folks had quick responses to my questions. I am very happy with ezcontacts!
I usually buy my contacts on another website but a friend of mine told me a out this place. From start to finish, it has been amazing. I've been dealing with Kathy, which in all honesty, the company is lucky to have her. Shipping was quick. Kathy gave me a up to date status almost everyday until my contacts were here. One of the contacts didn't have solution in it so it was bad. I let kathy know and 4 days later I get a box. I open the boy and inside was 4 packs of 6 contacts. 2 packs for right eye and 2 packs for left. I received a total of 24 contacts for the 1 that was bad. Again I received 123.00 worth of contacts for nothing. This company and Kathy went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm very big into online reviews and I gave this company the highest rating you can give. Kathy, if you're reading this, you're truly amazing. I am a customer for life. I also got 5 family membera to order contacts through this site..
This company is so fraudjulent, I ordered contact that were suppose to ship within 24 hours, then after five days I rejected the Paypal charge. A week later they emailed me saying the order was ready to ship if I reanstated the PayPal charge, so I did.
They never shipped... run from this company, every other rated site trashes them so beware of these four star ratings.
Needed these for my son asap and still waiting. It says they were shipped but when you pull up the tracking number it says waiting for the shipment to be received at the post office. What the heck does that mean. I better have them tomorrow. This is BS.
I ordered a shipment of contacts from this site on 2/1/2017. The shipping that I choose was 5-7 days. As of 2/14/2017, no contacts. I emailed a frank email to them on Friday, 2/10/2017 asking about my contacts. They replied on 2/14/2017, "thank you for your email the contacts are on their way" THREE WEEKS LATER. I had to purchase a 30 day supply from another company. Horrible delivery and customer service!

Almost 2 weeks and my contacts have not shipped. When I speak to them each day they say they will ship that day, but they don't. Canceling my order and won't order from them again.
My daughter wanted Michael Kors frames. On another site she found the frames for $120. I found the same frames for $58 and received free prescription lenses. I upgraded to polycarbonate lenses so her glasses cost about $88.00. That is less than the frames alone from the other site. She loves her glasses and wears them all the time. We would definitely order from EZCONTACTS.COM again
First time ordering through EZ contacts since they had the lowest price for contacts. My order was processed on the same day as stated per an email, but the order info link just takes you to their web-page with no order information. What I found when I called customer service is they don't state is that they order the contacts through the manufacturer. There was a delay at the manufacturer which was not relayed to me, so much for the 5-7 day shipping, of course, I can always pay more to get it shipped to me faster. No thank you. I will go back to the place I've ordered in the past and pay more with a great shipping time, usually 4 days after purchase, no extra shipping charge. I will more than likely open a PayPal dispute since I still don't have them.
They charged my card immediately after placing an order. They lied to me about shipping the order when they didn't even have the contacts in stock and still waiting for a refund after several demands so that I can get my order elsewhere. Avoid this site at ALL costs. I have notified all of my family and friends.
This was a gift for my husband, and I was a little nervous every ordering online, but my son recommended you, and my husband loves his sunglasses! This is the first pair of prescription sunglasses he has ever had. I get my eye exam next week, and will definitely order from you. Thank you.
I'm a little scared to order online, so I went to the store in Dallas Texas. I was freaked out when I saw 35-40 people inside! But the time I waited once I picked frames was less than 10 minutes. Super nice staff! I had my glasses in 1 week! I will not buy glasses anywhere else now.
The customer service is awesome! Laura was patience and informative when I had questions regarding an exchange. Will definitely shop here again.
Purchased Tom Ford Glasses... Prescription lenses are great, Glasses are great... After I finally received them. 3-7 day delivery was conveyed when I ordered them. Finally received them a month later. Called several times and was verbally told that these particular glasses were on back-order ststus. Would have been nice to receive an email / phone call - or at least something... - THIS IS SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED PRIOR TO ME SELECTING THE "BUY" BUTTON. Otherwise, a good experience
Saved $20 a bx by going through EZContacts. No problem at all getting my insurance to pay me for using them as they were out of network.

My Rx glasses were not to the quality I had expected and my Rx was off a bit. So I had to return it. I hope they give me a full refund
My sister and I had the opportunity to be introduced to Jimmy Choo eyeglass frames in Macy's Optical Dept. a few years ago. However, since then, we have been in the market for a new pair. We have been trying to obtain these eyeglass frames through various providers as well as online. Somehow, I lucked up and saw Ezcontacts.com.
I think these frames are the most beautiful of all the eyeglass frames, I have ever seen. I have been wearing glasses all my life. Thank God, I found them at Ezcontacts.com. Another important factor is doing business with the representatives there, is the outstanding service one receives. I would like in particular say thanks again to MARY. I do not know her last name. I want to say that overall I'm very pleased with my glasses! Top notch lenses and much better than the ones I got at Costco. The issue I had was with the turn around time. It said 3-5 days but it was more like 2+ weeks. It was worth the wait!
I'm happy with the quality of product but the time they take to respond to your email is way too long. By the time they responded I had already received a confirmation on my glasses being shipped. They should really keep an update for the customer to see when they will be shipping the item. Overall, I am happy about my purchase and how I saved more than I would have at an eyeglass store. They just need to be better about getting back to the customer through emails.
The product was back ordered and I did not receive it for 1 month despite their 5 day promise. No one could expedite or change the order for me.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
