I've no complaints and your prices are the best I found. The only issue I had, which was resolved, is that I didn't receive the initial confirmation email after the online purchase was completed. Not happy with the promise of early delivery if I paid extra. I did and both times I didn't get early delivery.

My husband ordered his 3 pairs of glasses 3 months ago and he is still waiting for one the pairs. It is unacceptable that to wait for months to get the glasses. The customer service calls do not help much since it is a back order. We have been ordering glasses every year for past 5 years. This probably a last time if this is how the business will be performed.

All our products - eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and eyecare - are 100% authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturer (or their authorized distributors) that produces these products for brand-name eyewear and eyecare companies, and your glasses will include all the accessories (e.g. Branded case and cloth, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, etc.) provided by the manufacturer to ensure their authenticity.

If I could give it a negative I would they sold me a pair of used sunglasses. I shipped them back and they would not replace or refund. So I turned them in to my credit card company and they are taking care of it. This place is a scam they sell you used scratch and dent glasses.

Our quality control process includes a thorough inspection of all products before shipment, so it is highly unlikely that that you received a pair of sunglasses with so many scratches and marks. Furthermore, we sell brand-new, unused frames, and used items have no place in our inventory. As per our return policy, defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, which was not done so, as you only reached out to us four weeks after receiving the item.
Therefore, our policy of not accepting returns for used items means that we are not able to offer a refund or replacement for you. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I'm pretty happy with the service and prices. I don't have to go through hassles getting my prescription verified or anything like that. They verified it within a business day.The prices are reasonable and they ship your contacts free. Regardless if you only buy one box.

The frames came through. I was informed of a brief shipping delay. It was nice to hear from them during this brief delay. Next thing I know, they arrived in good shape. Thank you!
Sunglasses never delivered. Ring Doorbell always works and shows video of drivers dropping off packages nearly everyday. I immediately emailed customer support and communicated the same. They sent a reply asking me to ask my neighbors if they have my package. What a strange, unpractical response to my email. I don't have time to knock on 20 doors introducing myself and asking them if they have my package. They stated they would have to research this case before refunding my credit card and said it would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. They can reverse the sale, then file a claim with their carrier. It's not my problem that your vendor can't figure out how to drop off a package to my front door. Like I said, Amazon does it nearly every, for years, and gets it right 99% of the time. I'll never buy from a small channel like EZContacts again. Lesson learned.

My eyeglasses are unique & I get compliments all the time on my glasses.
I've had two contact lenses in one of the boxes that have creases in them. Due to this I was unable to wear them and had to throw them away. Such a waste of money. I've had nothing but bad luck with this brand and type of contacts.

Neighborhood optomertist prices were 2x what I end up pay with EZContact. I got the style and brand I was looking for at the best price.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
