My glasses are great and I am very happy with them. However, they took a long time to process and there wasn't ever a clear update on when I would actually receive them. Every time I contacted EZContacts, I was told that there were still being made but could never be provided any information besides cookie cutter estimates that kept being repeated even though that time had already passed.

While it was not the worst experience, I will definitely be searching for another company to use next time. I've ordered glasses online with others and communication is really stellar with them.

The representatives have always been polite and helpful. I ordered two pairs of glasses. Both were of good quality and good price. The first pair lasted two years before being replaced by the second.

Bought new glasses

The glasses were exactly what I thought I was getting, plus they gave me glasses cleaner, a nice case, and cleaning cloth. The only thing I was frustrated with was the amount of time it took to process and ship. It took an extra week then the website said it should. But still got them, and have no other complaints. Would order again.

Would not buy from here again

I received glasses with colored lenses and I received a color I did not select. I would never order from here again because if I returned them they wouldn't pay for their mistakes. I would have to pay for postage.

The amount of time it took to get these glasses was unbelievable. The glasses are nice, but I needed them for vacation and didn't have them. I ended up having to buy a pair from another company.

My order said it would ship in 5-7 days. This was far from the truth. In fact. After 7 business days, I initiated an online chat so that I could check the status and was told that my frames were in back order and hadn't been received yet. This would have been fine except there was no notification of this when your website states and I quote "Order Delays

If your order will experience a delay due to a backorder, credit card verification problem, or availability problem then we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours." Your company never emailed me and there was no explanation from the online chat associate. He said "it'll take 5-7 days for the lenses, you should get it by the end of the month." And that was it... after 5 more days, I sent an email that also did not give any estimated shipping date or explanation. Finally after nearly 3 weeks, they finally show. I made 2 attempts to get assistance and didn't even get an apology due to your error in shipping estimates and your "order delay" policy that wasn't followed. This is not how you tread a customer, let alone a new one. I

I chatted with Daryl Grimes because I received a 10% off coupon in my email after I placed a contact order. I wanted to see if I could apply that coupon to the order I just placed, and Daryl was very helpful. He applied that coupon to my order and was very quick and kind. Great customer service.

Need Better Shipping!

First it took two months to get my Nike Glasses. Then I had to email every week or so to get a status. THen when my glasses came in UPS wouldn't just leave the glasses at my door, so had to travel 30 minutes away to get them. Then when I did get the package something was rattling inside the bos. Could it be the lens. Yup. The frames were not packed up properly. The eyeglass case poped open and one of the lenses from the glass poped out of the frame from the impact I had to take it to a local eye glass shop to get the lens back in but they're still not 100% one lens is a little loose but I need them and can't wait another 2 months to get them back. Hope you do better for other customers..

Sunglasses out of Stock

I worked with Rex today. I was a little frustrated that EZ Contacts never contacted me after finding out that my sunglasses were out of stock. I sent an inquiry as to why they were still processing after 11 days. Rex replied and was very friendly and helpful.
I ultimately cancelled my order and had the money refunded to me but he made my experience easy. I will be back to find another pair of sunglasses. I just need to try a couple on first! Thank you Rex

Daryl was Excellent

I found you guys because I was tired of WebEyeCare charging handling fees that were expensive and their prices were going higher, so I was pleasantly surprised you don't charge fees, at all, and you have free shipping. Plus Daryl was able to give me a promo code to use right away when we chatted. He was very helpful and treated me exceptionally. I am so glad I am switching to EZ Contacts and I will be back. Terrible Customer Service

My item was guaranteed 3-5 days. After two weeks without any notice or delivery I was promised I would receive it within the week and, y item would be upgraded to next day. Once again, two weeks later, no reply. I call again. I was put on hold for 45 minutes. I call again. They dont know what is happening. Finally, on week 5, I get an email that says my item is being shipped but wont receive it for 3 days. What happened to Next Day!?! Spent another 30-45 on a call with a rep and a supervisor who said their site does not guarantee what it promises bc it has a disclaimer. Then I said, "Do you guarantee what you say on the phone bc I hope you recorded it bc I do." The Supervisor then immediately hung up. I should have received a refund.
