I haven't even received my glasses yet so this review is solely based on my experience ordering. I placed my order on 11/19/18. The site doesn't even ask to verify my prescription but I decided to upload it anyway on my account. Then I get an email and phone call from an "optician" on 11/27/18 (8 days later) asking to verify the axis entry since one eye is + and the other eye is -. All you had to do is look at the prescription. I then get notification of shipment on 11/29/18. It is now 12/6/18 and I still have not received my order from DHL. Whether or not that's the couriers fault that is still a reflection on your company. Why am I frustrated? Because I had explained to you that I lost my glasses and I am in need of a replacement ASAP. Luckily I use my glasses only for night time driving. Some other people rely on glasses for their lives to function. I suggest, the very least, you choose a different service for more reliable and timely shipping. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because I have yet to see the product and quality of your lens.

Affordable and quality product

I got my classes through EZContacts at 1/3 the cost of my local eyeglasses stores. The quality and variety of products offered was fabulous. I will purchase through EZContacts again in the future.

I'm not satisfied with the service

They put the wrong prescription in my glasses and I can't see out of them. I'm still waiting for someone to send me a return label so I can send them back.

Amazing experience

The site claims 2-3 days for availability and the same for processing, waited 2 weeks and called customer service who said the glasses were on back-order and they didn't when they would be ready. I had to cancel the order because who has time to wait for an unknown time when you shelled out over $400 for new glasses. Ridiculous!

Not Upfront About Back Order

Initial order claimed standard shipping. After a week with no tracking information, messaged customer service to find they were on backorder and there was nothing they could do. As I didn't have a backup prescription pair, I was blind for an extra 2 weeks.

I ordered my glasses on the 10th, they shipped on the 21st. Two weeks have passed and no updates. No one seems to know where they are. Unable to get ahold of DHL, no response from EZcontacts to my e-mail, and on the phone they moved it on to be investigated about a week ago. So almost one month after buying and still nothing.

Glasses are as promised, which is certainly most important. Unfortunately, my other glasses broke, so swiftness was important to me as well. Once glasses were shipped, they experienced some sort of delay (from my view of checking status, it seemed like they were lost), and took an additional 2 business days to arrive. Therefore, they lost a star in their rating.

Great selection, awesome prices, prescription works great.
I tried them on at an optometry office first to see if I liked them. The price at that store for the frames was double what I paid!

I paid $36.00 extra for 1 day shipping, expecting to receive my glasses before thanksgiving and I didn't not receive my glass until almost 2 weeks later. I would have not paid that extra money for shipping if I knew I would not receive the glasses I that timely manner and would have done standard shipping.

Excellent Choice!

I ordered these for my wife because she was having trouble finding local companies that did a good job. Really good prices, on both frames and lens! My wife says these glasses are the best she's gotten in the last few decades! The web site was very easy to use, and the end product is great!

Terrible customer service when handling my situation with a late delivery. I was aware the frame needed to be order which said would take 1 week but it took 4 weeks to get my frame DELIVERED. Spoke with upper management and they just kept saying "sorry" but in no way shape or formed tried to keep my business. Couldn't care less about me no longer shopping or recommending their site. I rarely leave bad reviews but terrible service. Won't shop here again and friends stopped ordering from here as well. Amazon ships faster and has the same prices.
