I ordered a pair of glasses and was so excited to get them. However, I waited and waited and waited to get an email about them shipping. Almost 2 weeks go by and I got nothing. I finally reached out and they said they didn't have that color in stock anymore. I confronted them why they never let me know but had charged me 91 dollars and all they said was sorry. I was pretty disappointed in the customer service and they did offer 20% my next purchase but I have no intentions of ordering from them again. I made my order beginning of November and just received my glasses today.
GLASSES WERE ON TIME AND IN THE EXACT ORDER I HAD PLACED THEM. HAD MANY STYLES TO CHOOSE FROM AND WEBSITE WAS NOT HARD TO USE AT ALL
I'm satisfied with my purchase. Great frame n lens. Even though they didn't had it in stock for 1 month. It was worth the wait.
The glasses are great, customer service helpful and the ordering process was easy. I believe it could have explained a little better how long it would take to receive the glasses. Overall, satisfied and would recommend to someone else.
I contacted this company about non-receipt and they gave me the run around over approx 15 phone calls. They are unorganized and I spent a couple hundred dollars on my frames and never recieved them at all. They took me through a grueling claims process and still never sent them. Finally, I had to contact my bank. Unfortunately, the bank said that they seem like a scam because even they could not get a response from them.

Going to cancel my order today. It has been weeks. I could have gone to my local shop but chose EZ contacts because of speed and ease and price.
Do not do it. They are slow. No glasses yet. Have called and emailed several times. Going to cancel today.
The order took a little longer than expected but very happy with my purchase. My daughter loves them and doesn't complain about wearing them on the court.
Received my prescription eyeglasses in about 2 weeks.

I am so happy with this entire experience, start to finish. I'm from Toronto and ordered my glasses on a Tuesday and had them by Sunday! The frames look amazing and the price couldn't be beat. I will definitely be using EZ again and recommending them to everyone I know!
The glasses were perfect and the price was fantastic! The only issue I had is it took quite a long while to be shipped. I ordered the glasses November 13th and received them November 30th. Besides the shipping I would definitely order from here again!
3 weeks after I ordered I contacted them to see what was going on. Frames discontinued, they failed to contact me at all to tell me and were just leaving the order open and unfulfilled. I asked for different frames and it still took another 4 weeks to get to me. Absolutely ridiculous, the only thing they did was "expedite" shipping so it took 4 days to get to me once shipped instead of 5.
We found the exact same frames for half as much so we were able to get the frames that my daughter loved.
I really like what i purchased. I will definitely order from here again! The quality of the product, and the time of delivery was good.
I easily ordered a pair of glasses with my optometrist's rx. Only missing information is the pupil distance, but the directions on this site for measuring at home worked perfectly. Price was great (1/3 of the optometrist's office price) and it arrived with a nice hard case, 2 cleaning cloths and even tiny screwdrivers on a key chain. Very happy with my purchase and will use this site again.
I have been an eyeglass wearer for over 40 years. I have ordered my glasses online for the last 10. I have never had this kind of problems. I decided to order from them as they had the frame I had wanted.
First of all my order took over a month to get! They told me it was because of "supplier problem". That would be understandable but they NEVER contacted me to let me know. I had to contact them twice to find out what was going on.
Secondly, After receiving my glasses, which have Transitions on them, Not even a month later they have scratches on both lenses(I only use lens wiping cloths and spray to clean) so I called to check on scratch warranty and was told there isn't any. Only a 30 day warranty on frames which you have to pay $25 for.
I am very disappointed because of all the glasses I have worn, most with transitions, the Transitions ALWAYS had a year warranty for scratches.
Also, I started to wonder who I was actually typing to during my chat as they didn't capitalize anything or punctuate. I felt like it was a 13 year old texting.
I have used Coastal in the past and will be returning to them. The customer service there was amazing and they stand behind the products they sell.
I was hesitant about ordering glasses online. When I got my package there was extra lenses, cleaner and a glasses repair kit! So much more than I expected!
Website said 2-3 days to process my order, and I paid for 2 day expedited shipping. It took 21 days for my glasses to arrive.
I placed an order on Nov 5 and never received anything. I called every week and was assured my glasses would arrive soon and that they were shipped. Still have not received a refund.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
