Better selection of New Wayfarers than some other sites. Good price. Shipping was reasonably quick and arrived well packed.
Ordered my contacts, they shipped them late, then sent the wrong RX for one eye. Contacted the company and they promised to overnight the correct lens to me. Three days later they still had not even shipped. Customer service is non existing and they do not do what they tell you they will. Cancelled my order and got the right contacts two days later from lens.com. Run as fast as you can from this place and check BBB ratings there are 100s just like mine.
I had lost my glasses and needed a new pair ASAP... they had a great selection and my glasses shipped out very soon after... excellent quality and I really appreciated the virtual try on so I could find ones that fit. The prices are outstanding!

I placed an order, and after pre-authorization was placed on my card, I realized that my prescription was expired. I did a live chat with Galvin Fein, and he immediately cancelled my order and my card was not charged. THANK YOU, Galvin!
Quality of lens are questionable, I've bough glasses from Walmart that are much cheaper than this but more durable. Customer support is very unhelpful, really wish that I did mot make this purchase.
I waited almost three weeks for my glasses to arrive (your website states that they should arrive in 3-7 business days). The Len's were not right when they arrived and when I was able to finally get a manager on the phone, he was very helpful. I've since sent back my frames and lenses to be corrected... hope that when I get them back (sooner rather than later please), I'll be happy with the service work too.
Never got updated on my shipping status was told my package would be here nov. 27 now it's getting here dec. 4th after calling 8th times for an update I will never order from here again nor recommend this website to my 1million subscribers on my youtube chanel.
I was unsure where to purchase these glasses online. This site was cheap, easy and fast. Very nice presentation and execution. Made my lens within a day and I had my glasses even faster than if I paid 5x as much at the local place.

I ordered two boxes of contacts. I immediately uploaded my rx on the website upon completion of my order. It took over 3 weeks for my contacts to arrive. When I opened the box, they sent me one box of an incorrect base curve. I contacted the company and they said they would process the correct lens. It's been 2 more weeks still no contacts. I've contacted them again today. They told me it takes 7-10 days to process the corrected order. This is their mistake! I ordered the correct base curve and If they would've looked at my rx they would've realized they were sending the incorrect base curve. I will NEVER order from the company again!

I made my purchase in early October I never received and email to inform me that my item was on back order. I had to call them to find out. I asked could they compensate me some kind of way because I needed them before 11/17/18 that never happened! They over nighted the item on 11/16/18 they didn't arrive until "Monday" per the delivery but I still have NOT received my glasses! Pissed to the max

Took over 2 weeks to get my contacts. Contacted customer service they said they put a rush on it. Was still another week before delivery. Contacted customer service again regarding discrepancy in delivery date and the only reply was looks like they have been delivered. No sorry for the delay or nothing. Don't order from them.
Even though Matt helped me with my question about my order, I'am still disappointed that is taking so long to get my glasses :(
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
