The glasses I received were too small for my head (which was my fault for not measuring correctly). I read over the return policy before I bought it, but I didn't read closely enough apparently. There's a 5% fee for any glasses that have prescriptions and you have to pay for shipping yourself. So in total i'm probably spending around $20-30 to return them. The lenses seem like great quality though, just most likely wont be shopping here again due to the policy. Customer service seemed nice though and was willing to help me with completing my return.

I received my glasses today via mail, and I am so happy with the effort of EZContacts. I emailed with Christian about my order, and they were prompt with replying that my order had a delay. They were very professional and helpful.
When I got my glasses, not only did I get the glasses, but you included extra (and very useful) cleaner, cleaning cloths and a keychain with a screwdriver. This kind of customer service is exceptional, and I will recommend your site to anyone I know who is looking to buy glasses or contacts in the future.
This is far superior to the experience I had at Target Optical, and well worth the wait!
Product took extremely long, 1 month called customer service. Product came with no issues. Perfect. Great price for product. Also with case cleaning wipe and other accessories. Definitely a good buy and will buy again in future from here.
So stupid how I had to call a month after I placed the order to check the status. Not only did they lie to me on the phone but just because I was so angry about the situation they just miraculously had the glasses in stock. Wooooow big shocker. Never buying from here again
Despite various customer call interactions where the agents assured that they have received the latest prescription and can deliver the glasses before my vacation. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.
These brioni glasses are something else! They're great they look great and so far seem built well. But only time will tell. The lenses I'm hoping live up to the hype,( they're Crizal) and I'm waiting to see the upgraded transitions that are supposedly better then the previous kind but there has been no sun.
I was going to a concert on the 24th I ordered my glasses on the 8th and they didn't arrive until the 26th with a delay now if that wasn't sufficient time I don't know what is... just my honest opinion I would rather go to my local optometrist the next time instead of waiting nearly a whole month for glasses. Hopefully this is helpful and usually they won't respond to you're concerns or questions for about a day and a half to two days.
My first order with EZContacts processed and shipped within one week so I placed a second order. Even though the frames showed a "4-5 day" processing time, I am still waiting for the order to ship out one month later. I reached out to customer service two weeks ago, since it had been more than five business days, and they responded they needed 10-15 business days to even get the frames, which is longer than the indicated time at purchase. TLDR: Be cautious about ordering frames not in stock.
My glasses are beautiful, prescription is perfect and they came in about a week. They were very reasonably priced too, much cheaper than they would have been for designer frames at the eye doctor. I would definitely order from this site again.
Ordered contacts and 2 weeks later they still haven't shipped. Told it takes 24-48 hrs for tracking number to appear. 1 week later - - no change.
Item still hasn't arrived. The information from DHL shows the item being dropped off at a local post office 5 days ago, but no tracking information is available? Why use multiple shipping companies to deliver a pair of glasses? Why would the company ask me to rate their product that is currently 4 days late and still hasn't shown up? To take it one step further, I am military and currently deployed ensuring I won't get the glasses for 30 more days because they were not delivered on time.
Used for prescription nike glasses easy to use arrived perfect. I would order again. I already have a prescription sunglasses order as well coming
I ordered two pair of glasses. One pair was delivered about a week later which was great! Got an email stating that the other pair was on backorder. After doing a little digging on my own, Come to find out it was no longer available. I called ezcomtacts and the nice young man was very apologetic and offered to expedite another option that I had gone with. Now days later... nothing. I am still waiting for them to get out of "processing"
I ordered a pair of sport glasses in August. Several weeks later, I was informed that there was a delay in sending them. Over the ensuing months, I emailed probably once every 2-3 weeks for an update (I never received another update without asking). I got a notification that the glasses shipped in mid-November, and USPS indicates they've been delivered, but that does not seem to be the case. All in all, I am highly dissatisfied and unlikely to order from EZContacts again.
Great! My order is exactly what I expected. I am so happy I finally tried ezcontacts. It is so easy ordering and having them delivered right to your home. I have ordered both contacts and glasses.
I ordered three pairs of glasses. I was told that the first two orders were out of stock after the order was placed. The first took almost three weeks to notify me. The second was the next day. That was very annoying.
First time buying eyeglasses online and can't be happier with it. Very easy process to select and order eyeglasses.
Would be really helpful to provide estimated delivery date/range for the order up front. Two weeks with no change in order status from "ordered." Had to call customer service to learn that "frames are on order from supplier and it will take 5-7 days after receiving them before they will be ready for shipment."
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
