I bought Kate Spade glasses for way more than 50% off!
I wore the glasses in Nov 22, and my eyes are suffering ever since. I had their lenses checked at an optical shop, compared to my prescription, and it was so far off. My eyes are burning, stinging, watery, and soo itchy. I have had to sit in the dark and use 3 different eye drops. If they don't improve, I have to make an appt with a specialist. My numbers are first, their's in parentheses:
Right eye: sphere -1.75 (-1.00); cylinder -1.50 (-0.75); axis 010 (106)
Left eye; sphere -1.50 (-0.75); cylinder +0.50 (-1.00) axis 018 (100). The Add was the only correct measurement: 2.75 in each eye. The optometrist hopes I don't have permanent eye damage, as I have the beginning of macular degeneration.
All this from one day of wearing ezcontacts
Pathetic lens labs. I will expect a complete refund and will spread the word: DO NOT ORDER EYEGLASSES FROM EZ CONTACTS.
I was very pleased with my glasses. My lenses are accurate to my prescription and I highly recommend to anyone considering ordering. Great value! My frames are perfect, as well! I compared them to the exact pair that I tried on in my local store. Love them!
Resolved my issue immediately. Very satisfied with their assistance. This is my second pair of glasses I've purchased from them and the customer service is the reason I buy from them.
After finding a pair that I liked at a store, I searched for the same serial #, emailed the Rx, and I saved over $100 just like that. Impressive.
I chatted about my order and Mark helped me and solved my issue immediately! He was very professionala and expedited my issue.
Asked for 2 day shipping. Took longer than 2 days. On the website there is no specific place does it say RX items were different.
I initially gave EZ a 5. I discovered etchings in the four corners of my standard progressive lens. Customer Service said there's nothing I can do because it's normal in standard progressives, which I've been wearing for 40 years. First time I've ever seen visible etchings of numbers. They said premium progressives don't have them. Wow! Wish I'd known before I ordered.
I found my frames at an expensive glasses store then looked online and found them for half the price! Took about 3 weeks but reasonable for prescription lenses. Very happy!
Very good experience with a couple of little drawbacks. Good selection and price. Price better than store with my insurance.
Tracking order progress could be better. I'd suggest adding glasses found stage, glasses at lab stage and lab completed stage. Now we just see "processing" ANS shipped.
The second problem is no one to fit the glasses to your face. The glasses need adjusting but no one to do that like with an eyeglass store.

Order placed 10/12/18 rec'd confirmation of order but no other correspondence. 10/28 emailed customer service for order status. 10/30 customer service replied they are waiting for product to be sent from manufacturer. 11/06 Customer service advised product is discontinued but different color available. I confirmed ok to change color if available to ship quickly and request shipping ETA. 11/09 Customer service confirmed order change and advise there will be upcharge of $7. 54. 11/12 received shipping notification. 11/15 received shipment with original item ordered, emailed customer service to advise and request refund of $7. 54. 11/22 sent follow up to customer service. Received request from Customer Service to send photograph of item received. Photo sent, no response yet.

Found a frame that I loved but wasn't willing to pay the price. Found the same frames at ezcontacts for half the price. I've always gone to brick & mortar stores for glasses, but this time decided to try ordering them online.
I am beyond thrilled with my purchase!
Arrived ahead of schedule, securely packaged with some nice little a extras: screwdriver, lipstick-size lens cleaning spray, two microfiber cloths and hard case.
The glasses themselves are perfect!
I ordered super-high index/progressive/transition lenses, which are thin, light and attractive.
I will definitely order from ezcontacts again!
Cheap quality dimensions are different too smalla than what what thought would be according to the description
I have placed two orders with EZ contacts, and both times purchased priority shipping only to have my order take literally 4 times longer than anticipated lead times. Customer service stated that my order was "custom", which I find fascinating for 2 boxes of Accu-Vue 2 contacts... Even after wasting my priority dollars once they finally got them on the road the first shipping update was over a week later...? So even once called to attention they couldn't give me the priority shipping I paid for... You can't do that on something like contact lenses where no substitutes are available.
I don't have my order and upon calling was told they would email me to let me know when to expect it (my daughter's glasses should have been here 2 days ago). Still no idea when I'm getting what I have already paid for. I'm not at all satisfied!
Very happy with purchase! Frames came with clip on sunglasses which were not in the item description so I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely do business with again.
So pleased with the selection available and the cost! Looked at other sites but they did not have the frames my son wanted. Customer service was awesome!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
