If there is zero star for rating, I will definitely do. I got my distance glasses from EzContacts, for the first 3 months it is fine because the degree improves a lot compared to my last prescription. However, for the last month, my eyes are constantly tired, red and my vision blurred, so I went to my eye doctor to check if my prescription changes. It turns out, my prescription didn't change, but the segment height on my glasses are WAY TOO LOW! For distance glasses, the center of the lenses match your pupil. The information they required are only prescription and pupil distance, which are not enough! I called their customer service, I have to say, that person is very rude! (as a school teacher, I am extremely patient and I don't like to give people hard time) For the whole time I have talked to her, she thought my prescription changed during the past 3 months, so they cannot return the glasses. Later on, she just wanted me to pay another 25.99 to extend the warranty so they can re-do it. I emphasized this segment height is not something related to the prescription, it is the position of your pupil, and it should be measured by the optometrist when you chose your glasses. I understand it is an online ordering website, but this segment height is so important and there is no space to write that? My point here is how can I provide this information so they can redo it right, but she is very impatient and rude! I don't recommend this website especially for prescription glasses. People should go to real professionals to get glasses done right at the first time.
The order was process was smooth. The price was reasonable. The staff were helpful. But - the standard shipping service, which combines DHL and USPS is very, very slow. So, to save maybe. 50/unit this company will delay your order for a week or two. I was never offered any other shipping option, and was not told this was a DHL+USPS combo. Such arrangements, whether with UPS, DHL or FedEx are notoriously terrible.So buy the glasses but order regular USPS shipping!
I ordered 5 pairs of glasses over two weeks ago. I received one pair after a week and a half (when expected arrival states 5-7 days), one pair was cancelled, and the other 3 - who knows.
Lenses are not what I expected. Slightly blurry and almost impossible to get completely clean. Not as sturdy as my first designer pair of glasses but I bought them through my optometrist.
Great fit with the Nike 7071/1 eyeglasses. Fits as expected and no problems with the lens great company to get contacts and eyeglasses from.
Ordered contacts 8 dats ago, was suppose to ship in 2 days ir they would contact me. Neither happened. Calked abd no answer, emailed and no response. Finally called and spoke a CSR, long wait & response times. Contacts are back ordered he says and has no explanation as to why no obe let me know per as advertised. I was charged the day I ordered and i will have to wait another, 36 to 48 hours before I am updated on status. It will be weeks before I get this order it seems, hope it's correct reading other reviews. Seens the BBB needs to he contacted.

I can spare you the next two minutes of reading this review by seriously suggesting you order elsewhere for both glasses and contacts - this company is a mess.
I lost my glasses and ordered another pair from here on Black Friday (11/23). I checked the 'availability' time on the page and it said 2-3 days processing, so I ordered and expected them to arrive in about a week or two with shipping. After not receiving tracking info, I reached out to a representative who told me it was just a little slow from the holidays and that they were indeed processing and would be shipped out soon.
Another week went by and I chatted again, only this time asking the agent to please track down where they are in the process and to find out what the hold up is. They contacted the manufacturer, and let me know that my glasses were on backorder and not expected to arrive until 12/26-1/3... but that they're known to "take longer" than that estimate. Was someone going to tell me I wasn't going to get my glasses until over a month later than expected? Nope. Did the website say that when I ordered them, or did it update with that information? Nope. Anyone who orders them is still under the impression it's 2-3 days processing. Unreal. I asked if there was something she could do and she said no, I was already getting them at 'cost' (clearly not the case as they have been this price since Black Friday and no retailer is selling designer glasses for cost). She offered to tack on the cheap anti-reflection to it, but that doesn't help me see any sooner. I would have 100% gotten them elsewhere if it meant not having to wait 6+ unexpected weeks for them.
I also ordered contacts from them in a separate order, of which they offered 1-3 day shipping for the glasses debacle, but that was a week ago now too and though they say 'fully shipped' on my tracking page, they have no tracking info and the map still shows them at the warehouse saying they haven't been picked up yet. Such a disaster and disappointment. Please, please order your eyewear needs from someone else who actually provides what they promise and treats their customers well.
I ordered focus dailies for both eyes but each with different prescriptions. The order confirmations were correct. The "your order has shipped" email had the correct order info. Yet, they delivered the wrong brand and the wrong prescription for one eye. I tried calling but there's apparently a 29 person wait. I tried the online messaging but it's a never ending 1 minute wait. I'd just like to exchange the order that was delivered (-. 50 lens) for what was ordered (-3.75). Easy is the last thing ordering from this place has been.

Customers service is very nice. But I'm not buying customers service. It takes well over a month to get my order and on the website it clearly says money won't be taken till order ships. Completely not true. Never doing business with them again. It is not worth saving 5bucks
In reality I've waited for weeks until having to contact support to cancel my order. They said they're sorry and that they'll expedite delivery, that never happened and after another week had to cancel. I've ordered it on black Friday so I missed on good prices on other stores. I don't recommended them.
The glasses I purchased seem to be good quality, they were exactly what I expected and was shipped and arrived very quickly.
I had a good experience with this company my only complain would be that it took a bit long to get my glasses but other than that its an excellent company
I didn't find EZ Contacts sooner. Excellent customer service. Very responsive, helpful, friendly. Website clean and easy to navigate. Prices unbeatable. My doctor would have charged 3 1/2 times the price.
Will be shopping again soon.
This was my first time using this site. It was quick and easy. I found the frames I had been wanting for a fraction of the cost. They adequately filled my prescription and it came with a case and the extras. This will definitely be my go to for great designer frames for a reasonable price.
I love how many great designer options are available on the website. However, the 3-5 day shipping timeline was misleading. My glasses did not ship for over 2 weeks. It's been close to a month, and I still haven't received the glasses. Customer Service has been friendly, but not helpful. They've given me the option of canceling the order, but only after I file a claim for the glasses that seem to be lost in the mail. I'd really just like the glasses I ordered, as I was so excited about them. I asked if they could expedite a new pair if it's determined the previous order is in fact lost in transit. I was told they can't expedite, and will only ship a new pair once the claim is settled. Meanwhile, I've been without glasses that I paid for weeks ago. I'm very disappointed.
I ordered my glasses which were supposed to be ready in a week. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted the company. I was told that the style I ordered was no longer in stock. They did not bother to contact me regarding this but of course they charged my card. After talking to many people over the next week someone finally offered to send me a different style. There was no apology, no explanation as to why I wasn't contacted that the style was no longer available but my card was charged from day one. After over a month i finally received my glasses. Ridiculous and poorly run company.
I was not pleased with my glasses from a retailer and returned them, based on reviews I thought I'd give the online route a try. I was delighted they had the same frames in a smaller size for my petite face. The glasses came within a week and were superior quality for a fraction of the price! I was so pleased I order a second pair!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
