USPS lost my package, I contact EZ to see if they can help, I'm told there is Nothing they can do. Contact USPS, even get a call and email from my Postmaster saying the Sender HAS to file a claim and send a new package. Email EZ again, oh hey what do you know, they Can do something about it, but takes an "investigation" and "affidavit" that takes 7-10 days just to process and I'm still waiting for it after 2 business days, then they might can send out another package... With so much competition out there. Just Avoid EZ!

DO NOT ORDER

Their website says orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed same day. I placed mine at 11:00am eastern 7 days ago. I still have no verification of shipment and customer service is telling me processing takes "2-3 days" and the "website hasn't been updated."

Terrible customer service and blatant lies on their website.

I'm all about getting a good price for contact lenses but at some point actually getting the product has to become a priority. Trust me, 5-7 business days does NOT mean 5-7 business days. This has to be the slowest company I've ever dealt with. 3-4 days to "process" the order then 3-4 business days for their "shipper" to pick up the product then 3-5 more business days before delivery. So, plan on at least 3 weeks including weekends! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Could not find info on EZContacts.com about the processing fee for a potential contacts order. Started online chat with Jayne. She informed me that they do not charge processing OR shipping! Additionally, she gave me a coupon code I could use to get %10 off my order!

Upset- slow delivery

I am upset that my glasses I ordered wouldn't be shipped before Christmas. I spoke to Mark and he explained how the product needed to be order from the manufacture. Overall, I am still upset the website said 5-7 Business days. I will be receiving them after Christmas, 17days after my order date. Mark was great, EZ contacts was not.

Prescription sunglasses just as ordered

Worth the 1 month wait. Sunglasses work well with the presciption lenses. Driving home from work with the shades along with vision correction has never been so affordable

I was so certain the first nightmare experience with ezcontacts.com had to be a fluke that I did something really stupid and ordered again. It's now almost three weeks later and... again, of course... no contacts. They state that if they cannot process your order within 24 hours they will let you know. This is, of course, a lie. Didn't happen either time. Have been back and forth with customer service - absolutely useless. More b. S. lies. I'm scheduled to travel in a week and I will run out of contacts.
Never, never, never again for a few bucks savings.

I had to return my eyeglasses and the customer service representative (Galvin Fein) was very helpful, friendly and nice throughout the process. I did not even had to call them but use the Live Chat option! Galvin was really patient as we figured out a way to resolve the issue! He even gave me advice on how to proceed. I am very glad I made business with EZContacts. I totally recommend this store and, of course, I will totally continue doing business with them!

Just don't do it...

It's been over three weeks and still no contacts. Save yourself a lot of stress and frustration and pay the extra money to order from another company. Customer service is terrible. Just don't do it... If I could have left 0 stars, I would have. Very disappointing.

EZ Contacts must be some type of broker. You order from them and they farm it out to somebody that has extra contact lenses in stock. Be prepared to wait MONTHS. And have your order filled by one vendor for your left eye & another for your right eye.

We are in a battle as the lenses for only one eye arrived but the packing list shows both have shipped. Since these were ordered over a month ago, I cant stop payment on my credit card. So as it turns out my lenses were not low priced as it looks like I will be paying double as I only received 1/2 of my order.
I am number 18 in line to talk to customer service.
Horrible! Terrible! Stay Away!

So, I found a great pair of glasses that they are selling at 25% of what Lenscrafters sells them. Great. So I order them, it tells me it takes 5-7 business days for processing. Okay. Well, I'm at two weeks and the order is still processing. Called today to find out that they didn't have them in the US and had to order them from Italy. It took four days to get the order off someone's desk and order them. Now they are waiting to get them and then another 5-7 business days for them to process them. Don't use these folks if you want your glasses in any kind of decent time frame.

The glasses as far as being able to see is fine. The arms on the other hand, could use some more effort.
One of the arms is not attached completely and being that they are Giorgio Armani, I would say that's a problem.

Order issue resolved!

I've ordered seamlessly from EZContacts many times. For some reason, this time my reorder didn't go through with the correct items. Not sure if it was user error or something technological. However, my customer service "live chat" session with Mark was great! He was able to fix the problem without any trouble. I appreciate such prompt and stellar attention.
