I wish that I could go back in time and use another company. DO BOT ORDER FROM COMPANY IF YOU WANT THE PRODUCT ANY TIME SOON! It will be "processing" for weeks and you will get no response from customer service. Still waiting on a pair of glasses that have been processing for 10+ days and now I am just seeing the many horrible reviews on this website. Save your money and go use another company. Not only is the company slow and unresponsive but on this reviewing site they paste the same message on every bad review and don't even bother to personalize the customer service. DO NOT USE!
Never again. I will pay double the price if I have to next time. The original order said that I would have my prescription glasses within 5-7 days. 14 days later, I received the glasses with the wrong lenses. EZContacts sent me a return label and they were sent back. I then waited another 5 weeks to get my glasses back. Again, these are PRESCRIPTION eyeglasses. For some, these are as important as prescription medicine, needed to get through normal functions during the day. Every time I would call customer service, whoever I spoke with would give me the run-around. Many many empty and unfulfilled promises. If I have to pay more to get my much needed eyeglasses on time, I will.
I ordered a pair of Persol sunglasses from them because they had a cheaper price than what I had spent at Macy's. Luckily I kept the Macy's pair until I had received the ezcontacts version... Macy's was real and ezcontacts was NOT. Macy's sunglasses were heavier, better made, with a different colored lens. Ezcontacts had the nerve to send me a fake, knock off pair of Persols for $125. I think not. I have also filed a complaint against them with the FTC. Don't buy designer from them!

Not sure how they have so many great reviews, make sure you read their 1 star reviews to get a more accurate depiction of this company, or check BBB. Besides the fact that my last two orders remained in pending status for over a week, and I had to contact them and remind them before they decided to ship; they seem to have no intention on customers using their "Ezpoints". As of December 20, I had 47 points pending, and of course those were the points that would have put me over 250, allowing me redeem for $25 off my next order. The website states that points are available after 90 days. I contacted them on day 91 regarding the pending points, and after I was on hold for literally 30 minutes, the rep said they would send me a code to use within 24 hours. I actually have an email from their own customer service rep, verifying that I had 47 pending points. Well, the code never came and lo and behold, I go on my account today and my pending points magically changed from 47 to 23, which will put me exactly 3 points away from being able to use them. What, do they think they are so slick? After reading their new rash of 1 star reviews here, I suppose I'm lucky that I even received the products I paid for. Can you say unethical corporation? Oh look, you can search this corporation on buzzfile, the owner is *, they even have his number. Perhaps you can give * a call if you haven't yet received your order.

The "Fendi" letters are peeling/rubbing off immediately upon receipt and the lenses are constantly smudged. I tried cleaning with and without the spray but the smudges do not go away. I wouldn't order from them again.
I have ordered here a few times. My most recent order required an adjustment to the lenses after I got them; there was no problem sending them back for correction. Very satisfied.
Dec. 2 reorder order cancelled on dec3, instead of contacting doctor to verify script.
No credit no product dec19th still no credit no product. Spoke to 6/8 reps all I got was one lie after the other.

Really easy to select the model, add the prescription and buy. Lots of models of eyeglasses and sunglasses.
I was looking for an identical pair of Prada sunglasses that I had recently lost. I was happy to find them on EZContacts' site and placed the order right away with expedited 4 day shipping... 2 weeks later, the order is still "processing" so I contacted EZContacts, told them about this and they said "those are actually discontinued so you will not be receiving those." WTF? I had to contact THEM to find out that my order was NEVER going to arrive! But luckily the customer service representative, Mark, told me to find a comparable pair that they would ship out immediately. After finding a similar pair from a different brand, Mark was able to cover the difference in the cost because of EZContacts' egregious error. I will not be ordering from this company again because of this major hassle, but I do appreciate Mark correcting the situation.
I place my first order and was very happy with the cost and delivery however, it has been a nightmare with my next two orders. My second order took over two weeks to ship but due to the Jewish holiday I assumed caused the delay. I placed my next order on December 5th - my card was immediately charged and today December 19th I have still not received my contacts. I called customer service this morning and found that they are currently out of my contacts and are waiting for a shipment from their supplier? Seriously! I requested to cancel this order and found it would be 7 business days before they will refund my account. I am now without contacts and have no idea how long before I can even expect to receive them. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told they could not transfer me, they would have a supervisor call me back... I'm still waiting!
Easy to order and the cheapest website I have found for contacts. I had a question about my order and I used the Live Chat option and they answered my question very quickly.
Thanks a lot to Galvin Fein. I placed an order for 4 items on Dec 7. One item has not be shipped till Dec 18 while the other 3 have been delivered on time. The last one will be a present for my friend, but it's too late. I chatted online with Galvin Fein. He gave me the reason patiently and canceled the order rapidly according to my opinion. I will be back to EZcontacts.com for your effective service.
EZContacts always goes above and beyond for me, and their customers! They want to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied.
USPS lost my package, I contact EZ to see if they can help, I'm told there is Nothing they can do. Contact USPS, even get a call and email from my Postmaster saying the Sender HAS to file a claim and send a new package. Email EZ again, oh hey what do you know, they Can do something about it, but takes an "investigation" and "affidavit" that takes 7-10 days just to process and I'm still waiting for it after 2 business days, then they might can send out another package... With so much competition out there. Just Avoid EZ!
Their website says orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed same day. I placed mine at 11:00am eastern 7 days ago. I still have no verification of shipment and customer service is telling me processing takes "2-3 days" and the "website hasn't been updated."
Terrible customer service and blatant lies on their website.
I'm all about getting a good price for contact lenses but at some point actually getting the product has to become a priority. Trust me, 5-7 business days does NOT mean 5-7 business days. This has to be the slowest company I've ever dealt with. 3-4 days to "process" the order then 3-4 business days for their "shipper" to pick up the product then 3-5 more business days before delivery. So, plan on at least 3 weeks including weekends! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Could not find info on EZContacts.com about the processing fee for a potential contacts order. Started online chat with Jayne. She informed me that they do not charge processing OR shipping! Additionally, she gave me a coupon code I could use to get %10 off my order!
The assistant was able to find my order number and quickly resolve my issue. Messages were smiley. Did not have to wait long to be connected.
I am upset that my glasses I ordered wouldn't be shipped before Christmas. I spoke to Mark and he explained how the product needed to be order from the manufacture. Overall, I am still upset the website said 5-7 Business days. I will be receiving them after Christmas, 17days after my order date. Mark was great, EZ contacts was not.
Worth the 1 month wait. Sunglasses work well with the presciption lenses. Driving home from work with the shades along with vision correction has never been so affordable
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
