I placed an order on 12/26 and as of 1/8 the order still has not yet shipped. I have called customer service 4 different times and each time they tell me the order will ship within 24-48 hours. Of course my credit card was charged on 12/26 and they have their money but I still do not have contacts. Very frustrating.
Quick and painless resolution of my issue. Clyde Williams was my representative. He understood my question the first time and solved it immediately. Fve star service.
So far the process has been easy, I uploaded my prescription a day after ordering and received an email they could not process my order without the prescription, so I immediately added it and contacted Support. They informed me the prescription had been approved and should ship out in 24-48 hours. I am now just reading all the other reviews, so we will see how it goes. I'm kind of nervous now since I didn't read the reviews beforehand!
Order showed shipped - was not. Emailed - no response. Live chat - never there. Facebook - robot. Finally called. Claim they have 5 to 7 days to ship the order. That is NOT what they claim on website. Ordered 12/30. I may finally have a shipping label... not much hopes on when the order will arrive. They may have good prices but customer service is the WORST.
Ordered sunglasses December 11 th as a gift for my mother. Notified me after Xmas that the glasses are no longer in stock. So I chose a different brand. Not in stock either they gave me a window of Jan 7th till December that they might get them. I called numerous times. I just canceled the order and I'm sure I'll have to keep checking to see if I get refunded. Just ordered from frames direct same glasses no problem ill be getting them in a week. Trust me DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I am new to glasses and totally entered my prescription wrong when I placed my order. I quickly jumped online with Jayne and she easily fixed everything for me and was very nice. Thanks for such a great experience. I look forward to my new glasses!
OK, so, I have been ordering contacts online for years. Why I decided to try a different company, I just don't know and I am kicking myself for doing it. I compared side by side two different online companies. Price was comparable, why not give EZ Contacts a try... sigh. I ordered my contacts, got my confirmation and waited. No update. No updates for 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days. I finally email them wondering what the status was. No answer. So I email again, this time I get a response. A response with info that I already knew... still pending. So, I emailed back asking the status from their manufacturer. Get a response, sorry, there was a delay and my order from the manufacturer wouldn't arrive to them for a another 3-4 days. Sigh, ok, I am in it this far I can wait 3-4 more days. 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, I finally email again asking the status, I get a response with a shipping notification... HOORAY, THEY ARE FINALLY COMING. I track my shipment... no update for 2 days, 3 days. UPS is still waiting to receive package. Now I am thinking they just printed a printing label and sent me the notification just to get me off their back. BUT on day 4, I see an update. They are scheduled to get here the next day. FINALLY. The next morning... there is a delay in shipping and I will now not get them for another week. I AM SO MAD. I am mad at myself for switching companies and I am mad at the company for dropping the ball over and over. Maybe this is a fluke thing and I am just an unlucky person that keeps getting picked on.
I have never had this much trouble getting my contacts in the years I have been ordering. I keep wanting to cancel and get my money back but then a glimmer of hope pops up only to let me down. Now I am in so far that I don't even know what to do.
Never have they acknowledged the length it has taken. Never have they offered a refund. Never have they offered a solution.
Never will I ever order from them again... I don't have that kind of time to wait.
UPDATE:
My contacts have been delayed AGAIN. I have requested to cancel my order and refund my money... twice. They finally responded that once I receive my contacts I can contact them and they will give me instructions to return them. UMMM, no!
It was quick to get agent(via chat) for help. Clyde Williams provided all requested information(required by my insurance) with no delay.
Mark is simply the BEST, truly AMAZING! He is so helpful, and goes above and beyond to help out! This was my first experience with EZcontacts, and I will look no further. I look forward to future purchases! OUTSTANDING customer service Mark!
Ordered contacts on November 26th its Jan. 3rd and they say they don't have the contacts in stock. Impossible to get answers or someone to call you back. Will never order from this company again. Terrible costumer service!
It is quick and easy. The customer service agent Clyde Williams was quick to answer my question and even helped to verified my prescription so my order can continue to process and arrive to me on time. I thank you so much Clyde Williams for helping me
I purchased glasses in early November and was supposed to receive them 2-3 weeks later, but it is now January and I still have yet to receive them. When purchasing, I was given the wrong delivery time frame and then was not told when there would be significant delays to my order until after the delivery date had passed. When i was finally notified it was because I asked after the delivery date had passed -- they did not reach out to me to let me know. After all this, I still have not received my glasses and have asked for some type of a refund and received no answer. They have responded to my messages but have blatantly ignored my question every time I asked (very similar to talking to a robot. I will not be purchasing glasses through EZ contacts again.
I have placed three orders from this site. The first order which was cancelled due to items not in stock. The second order which I worked with customer service to get me the right item. They offer authentic frames at great prices and you cant beat the prescription added for free.
I'm very impressed with your company. When I called regarding my order I was accommodated so nicely and it was checked on and because I had waited for the frames on back order so long the rep sped the process up for me. Then emailed me confirmation of our conversation. When I received my glasses the were presented beautifully the best I have experienced.
You're number one in my book and will do business with you again
EZ contacts made it very easy for me to buy, exchange my glasses. The customer service was available, patient & knowledgable in helping me with my order. The prices are great & I will definitely buy all my glasses from them going forward.
I hesitated to order glasses online, but decided to give it a try when I realized it would be less expensive than using my insurance with my doctor for the frames I wanted. So hsppy I did! Great customer service, received them quickly and I love them!
Won't honor price guarantee and go back on their own words. Waste of time and energy talking to them

Needed help with a pair of sunglasses that I had ordered which had a factory defect. Chatted with Jayne and was very helpful in getting me through the exchange process and had a return label to me within minutes. This type of service is why I will continue to use EZContacts for my eye care products!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
