Found a frame that I loved but wasn't willing to pay the price. Found the same frames at ezcontacts for half the price. I've always gone to brick & mortar stores for glasses, but this time decided to try ordering them online.
I am beyond thrilled with my purchase!
Arrived ahead of schedule, securely packaged with some nice little a extras: screwdriver, lipstick-size lens cleaning spray, two microfiber cloths and hard case.
The glasses themselves are perfect!
I ordered super-high index/progressive/transition lenses, which are thin, light and attractive.
I will definitely order from ezcontacts again!
Cheap quality dimensions are different too smalla than what what thought would be according to the description
I have placed two orders with EZ contacts, and both times purchased priority shipping only to have my order take literally 4 times longer than anticipated lead times. Customer service stated that my order was "custom", which I find fascinating for 2 boxes of Accu-Vue 2 contacts... Even after wasting my priority dollars once they finally got them on the road the first shipping update was over a week later...? So even once called to attention they couldn't give me the priority shipping I paid for... You can't do that on something like contact lenses where no substitutes are available.
I don't have my order and upon calling was told they would email me to let me know when to expect it (my daughter's glasses should have been here 2 days ago). Still no idea when I'm getting what I have already paid for. I'm not at all satisfied!
Very happy with purchase! Frames came with clip on sunglasses which were not in the item description so I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely do business with again.

I ordered a pair of eyeglasses from online only to hear the next day they are out of that style. I then inquired about another style featured online only to hear, again, they are out of that style. Update your website and service!
My purchase included frames and lenses for a very low price. Other sites were selling the same pair of frames without lenses for 3 to 4 times the price I paid. Great deal!

Placed an order 1 Nov 2018, As of 26 Nov. Still have not received Product. Sent a email asking for info on Nov 10, and got a short note on Nov 13 saying they were "waiting for product from Manufacturer". Have not heard a thing since. I check web site but it saying " order processing ". Has ordered before with great success contacts..
Ordered glasses about 2 1/2 weeks ago still have not received package no tracking available on package
Took over 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get my glasses shipped to me and when I received them a lens is marked at the top, i am too frustrated to even call them to deal with it! Contacts are great but I will never order glasses again they sell frames they dont stock and custom service reps are rude and disrespectful.
Glasses came as shown and were the right prescription. Transitions worked as they should. Was satisfied with everything
Ordered Coach glasses for my daughter. They were 299 at LensCrafters. Paid $123 here and that included prescription lenses with anti glare. Paid like $5 extra for shipping a little faster but probably didn't need to. We got them in 4 days!

Everytime I order from here the shipping is extremely slow (still waiting for a pair I ordered a month ago). In the meantime, there is not communication advising of any delays. The glasses are always great and when you inquire they do get back to you - but the speed is consistently a major let down.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
