Accurate eyeglass prescription and decent prices. Took a little time for processing (I got the glasses after about 2 weeks), but I suppose that's to be expected for ordering glasses online. I would buy from them again.

Customer service via phone with was Mika excellent. The frames arrived in a reasonable time period but I was disappointed when they arrived.
The frame color was supposed to be tortoise shell but were basically black. Not what was shown online. In fact everyone I have shown them to thought they were black. I have fair skin and black is to harsh for my skin tone. I would not have chosen black.
I did not send them back because I didn't want to be out a shipping cost of another 18.00. This would total a cost of 36.00 on 77.00 glasses.
I guess at some point I will have use the frames for readers that will only be used at home where nobody will see them to justify the money spent.

It took a while to fill the order because days/weeks after I submitted the order you came back asking for a scanned copy of the prescription as well as my pupil distance, both of which I could have submitted at the original time of the order. I was about to leave on 4 weeks of business, so you made up the time by shipping them to me next day air, which I appreciated.
Tried other sites. This one was easier to use. Have to see how you deliver!

Chatting help was good. And lens options easy to follow. Was difficult to navigate the different sizes listed for the frames.

This is a well-designed Web site. Also, the range of products, from frames to lenses, is just excellent. Kudos.
The glasses are awesome and I'm grateful for that. Hower, one of the glasses had to be re-ordered since it was out of stock, which in turn increased the processing time to about 6 days (order date 3th December).
Then the shipment was supposedly sent on the 9th of December and I received it on the 23rd of December. Based on the tracking details the package spent 10 days traveling through the US before it finally arrived in Germany. I don't know, but this seems quite long given the 5 days shipping estimate.
Anyhow, I received my glasses and I love them...
