My overall experience was positive, but it was a little tough to ensure I was ordering frames which would fit my son.
So far, so good. I just hope the "after purchase" goes as well if issues should arise with my purchase.
I have an exceptionally tiny face/eye distance + need for progressives; no matter what, its not fun buying glasses. Eyeglasses.com has, by far, the largest selection available, which is nice for a change. So I was able to get something I am happy with at a decent price. I am very pleased with how quickly the pairs I rejected were returned and processed, and really appreciated the email I received telling me they had arrived. And my credit card was credited very quickly. Overall, I am really happy with my first experience buying frames online. I would have purchased the lenses as well, but with progressive lenses I just did not want to take the chance.

Sent in 2 pair of frames in their cases... Upon return the cases were destroyed... eyeglasses themselves were fine
