I recently received an order that I had to return (on 8/28) and hoped to exchange. I called the help line, They did not contact me. I sent a typed message 4 days ago, still no reply. I don't know what happened with the exchange request but I can see that the order has been refunded. I am now placing another order as I have been very happy with my previous pair, (ordered here several years ago) and look forward to having glasses again. Not so happy with help desk. Greg Alexander

Your virtual try on images do not always work. Some of them are way too large and show up to the extreme right of the face and upside down. I tried two browser, Safari and Firefox.
Once the faulty address was worked out (after USPS mistakenly returned package to sender), everything was fine. Not sure where the problem originated or why, but delivery was delayed as a result. Didn't cause any problems for me, though.
As long as the lenses are as described and pictured, I'll be satisfied.
I ordered glasses through the website last weekend. It said that it would be a max of four days for them to receive the frames and then ship out my glasses. Today is the sixth business day, and there has been no change to the status of my order. It just says "vender". I tried calling to cancel, but their phone was not answered. Ordering from them was a waste of time for me.

I left 4 stars rating for several reasons.
Though I satified overal with customer experience, however
I would suggest to improve communication with customer support, and order processing speed, and also I now a little confused regarding of my anti glare coverage for lenses. I paid extra to have both sides antiglare effect but I dont notice any difference with the one side glare coverage of my previouse old lenses. So that is the consern if it work for anti-reflection protection or not...

Easy navigation, great prices and great selection!
I had to place a second order for the glasses I originally ordered. The first set was not as ordered - I wanted 38 mm round frames without bridge pads, but received 40mm frames with bridge pads. The trouble with the first, mis-delivery is that I did not discover the error until I was having new lenses made, and so have had to live with the larger frames and bridge pads. Further, I ordered accompanying clip-on sunglasses, and they are 38mm, and so do not fit my new frames.
The second order quickly came as ordered, with the correct sunglasses, and I am happy for future lens application.
The upshot is to ensure you have received what you ordered on delivery - you cannot trust Eyeglasses.com to provide products as desired.
I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my order was processed and returned with my new lenses in my old frames! I wasn't sure what to expect, but my lenses look awesome and the process couldn't have been any smoother.
Sent in error and the returned no charge until I get my new script.
Really easy to use
Glasses (as with previous order) were very small (I'm a big guy -6'4"), but do seem ok functionally. From now on I'll have to go to a physical place for glasses. It would've been helpful if another scale reference was included when choosing (inches -U.S. Measurement) to aide customers. Very challenging to measure in millimeters -especially with this Modo product.
Great prices and very quick process. Unbelievable price and high quality. Everything was delivered as expected, which is becoming more rare these days.
First time buying glasses online.
The info on the website is a bit misleading. I purchased single vision glass lenses and it took 7 weeks, not 3 as stated on the website, to get them. To their credit, the last gentleman I spoke to got my frustration and upgraded the shipping to next day. (Everyone I dealt with was courteous. No complaints there.)
Bottom line; I am satisfied with everything. Very happy with the glasses. Now knowing what I know I would do it again.
2 recommendations; #1, to the customer, call and ask questions first. It helps get your expectations a bit more realistic.
#2, to the company, you might want to put a more realistic timeframe for glass lenses on the website.

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
