Placing the order was seamless. My only complaint is I'm having problems with the frame arm on one pair. I sent an email regarding my concerns, but still haven't received a response/reply. I really love both pair, but I want the problem resolved before I'm told it's too late to replace.

I liked the first pair. The second pair seem good as well. I just want to confirm this: does my second pair have glass lenses? I tap them and they sound plastic vs the first pair which sounds like glass.

Very excited to receive them, would like to order rx lenses but won't be able to get my actual rx until Monday & I've never ordered rx lenses on line b4

I paid $306 for wire rim bifocals and a pair of clip on shades. They lasted only 4 months before the temple broke. I had to contact the company SIX TIMES before they sent the correct replacement temple. I will NEVER buy from this company again. I got a nice pair of bifocals for $50 from another online site.

Ordered fine, received fine, but 1 pair was too little and the other was Not 100% round. Returned them and have been credited (refunded).
