Good selection of frames. Website is very user friendly. I'm pleased with the quality of my frames.
Good customer service. I was able to talk to someone each time I called with questions. They were very helpful and quick to respond.

Replacement lenses were delivered promptly and are correct.

All good. Thanks for the case, although the lining of the case is about as ugly as you could choose. Why not just line in black?

So far pretty great. Strange that you can't add prescription to some sunglass frames, but the person on the phone suggested that I just add a separate lens order and they would take care of it.

I ordered a replacement frame after I broke mine. It worked perfectly. It's a little tricky to re-install the lenses but it works!

Easy finding and ordering of products. In the past the shipping and delivery has been very quick. I like the paypal option.

Pay more attention on the e-mail you receve from your customers as I made a couple of reminders before receving an answer from you on the order status.

This was my first time using Eyeglasses.com, I got my glasses quickly, it was easy to upload my script information, and the glasses are gorgeous and I love the way they look on me. I won't ever go anywhere else.

So far so good. I did have to call customer service. I think for someone such as myself who is shipping frames in to you to get installed it would be helpful if there was a note along the way that let the customer know there would be instructions sent after the purchase on how to do so. As it is, there is no way of knowing from your ordering setup if the lenses are just going to be shipped to my address.

Plan to buy again. Good experience.

If you have about a month for a simple frame replacement use these guys. Mine "only" took 28 days!

A bit pricey, but very well made. My size wasn't available but these are close enough.
