I paid extra for rush shipping, and the eyeglasses took so long I had to change the shipping address. Then when I changed the address they were still sent to the original address. Took more than two weeks to get eyglasses. Boo. Never using your site again.

Great place for frames. Been buying here for years and have never been disappointed! Ordered the wrong size frames and needed to exchange. Customer service was terrific. Got the right frames and am very satisfied.

My new glasses arrived yesterday ahead of expected delivery. I am very impressed with the quality of my lenses; the extra cost for the Carl Ziess glass is well worth the remarkable improvement of clarity over other lenses I have had. I saved about $200 compared to the quote for a similar product at the local boutique store. I will for sure look to Eyeglasses.com for future needs.
I think you need to improve shipping times and the website should improve usability and, depending on the user, propose the models of glasses.

Easy to search and locate glasses by the style number. Unfortunately the frame size didn't fit for my daughter.
