Glasses arrived on time within a week and a half. Would've been nice if the glasses came with a cleaning cloth though

I really like the idea of a "liberal return policy" where I can try on some frames and return the ones that you don't like within thirty days for a full refund. We'll see how this goes!

Finally 10 days after a order confirmation from them, after two phone calls I was able to talk to
Someone on the phone. It's not nice to leave a customer waiting to hear if the order
Was going to be late. Product was fine.

For several years I have always had excellent results with eyeglasses.com, whether it involved all new frames and prescription lenses or replacement lenses as was the case with my most recent order. Customer service is friendly and prompt and order delivery is prompt.

I liked it much more then the standard optical shop. You save your time and you have a bigger choice.

I am guessing on the size. The numbers wore off my current glasses - I really liked the "see how it looks " feature and that I am able to exchange after trying them on if they do not fit.

This email came after I have sent the frame back; it did NOT fit. I am waiting to see a credit. Thanks so much.

Eyeglasses.com provide excellent guidance with choosing of frames and lenses on their site. I have changed my lenses after my original order and that was easy for them to accommodate. This transaction was the best experience I ever had with online buying of eyeglasses since I started doing it about 12 years ago.

Quality of frame a little disappointing

The service was quick as promised. I love the eye glass case that came with the frames.

This has been my first time ordering prescription eyeglasses online and I have to say that it was ok. I appreciate the timely refunds for the glasses I sent back. I also like the large selection of frames.

The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that there is no indication of when the purchased product will be shipped. When paying for overnight delivery, the only notification I saw was that it only indicates how long shipment takes after order ships. But nothing about when the shipment leaves.

My only complaint is that eyeglasses.com was slow. I suppose that is justified because of my unusual order.

I will order from eyeglasses.com again.
