This was a replacement frame for one that I had broken, and it held prescription lenses. The ordering process and delivery went smoothly. I self installed the lenses.
The order was received three days after I ordered the glasses, I paid for next day service. The confirmation that I received about my order then explained that next day is two or three days. I am still confused about that. Why did I pay extra? Tried to call and sent a email did not get an answer, I was trying to change order.

Simple and quick
The ordering process was easy and straight forward. Because the specific frame I selected was not an in-stock item it took almost four weeks for delivery, however the company was very proactive in keeping me informed about the reasons for the delay and changes in estimated arrival time. The glasses fit perfectly right out of the box and the RX was accurate. My only regret is that I neglected to include anti-reflective coating in the lens package and the result is less than optimal vision quality. The four star rating reflects the delay in shipment for reasons indicated but overall my experience was very positive and I would definitely consider making future purchases through eyeglasses.com.
The glasses were returned for a refund on 4/30/18 by US Mail (trackable). An explanation of the problem was included.

So far, very good experience. Speed of Service, Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff, and Delivery were all great, but the glasses...have too much distortion. I will never be able to wear these RX Eyeglasses. I am going back to the eye Doctor to see if he can see what the problem is. When I have the glasses on... and turn my head...left or right...straight lines turn sideways...like looking in a fun house mirror. Will be calling after my Doctor visit. Thanks for being so nice to deal with. Steve
