Easy to search your site for specific brand and style
Lots of frames to choose from. Quick and easy ordering process. I absolutely love my glasses! I've never gotten them through the mail before, I always went to my eye doctor and paid more. Very happy!
This had to be the absolute WORST online purchasing experience I've ever had. Before I even ordered my first pair of prescription sunglasses I contacted customer support and asked if i could have gradient lenses instead of full tint, which I was told 'yes'. The glasses came with full tint. I contacted them and they said to return them and reorder, which I did but then was told I had to pick a different frame. Which was an additional cost! Again I asked if I could get gradient lenses and was again told yes. When the 2nd pair came they came with full tint. I returned them and asked for a full refund and they said 'no' only store credit. I then sat on the phone for over 45 minutes waiting to speak with a manager who told me it was up to the Returns department who would email a final decision.
When I asked for a phone # for that department I was told there wasn't a direct number that call communications was gone via email. What a SCAM company!
