A few days after I placed my order, I had not received notice that the item had been shipped. I was concerned that the item was no longer available, so I phoned the customer service number. My call was handled courteously, and I was told that the item would be shipped that day. I am very happy with the purchase.

Excellent product and service. Planning to order from them again soon. First time ordering online and it was great - much better experience than at a big box store I have been going to. I think they have better craftspeople and my progressives glasses help me see the way my prescription is designed to work, whereas three other pairs from Lenscrafters never worked for me. I dreaded trying progressives again but really need them, and after wearing them one day I am hooked. Yay!
