After 11 days of no shipping info I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my order completed. After I filed the complaint my order was processed and I received them in 3 days which I expected from the beginning.

Communication was great as I spoke with representatives by phone and email. All persons that I encountered were very helpful. Product arrived on time and was just what I expected. Quality products and quality service. Thank you.

It actually seems too easy! This is my first time to purchase prescription lenses on line. And your customer service is awesome! Fast, friendly, and easy to understand.

I sent frames for eyeglasses.com to install progressive lenses in. Since they are progressive I was really worried about the measurements being correct. But the lenses are $540 at my optometrist. I save $250! And the glasses are great!

Took three weeks for my order to arrive, had to wait on frames that were backordered. I just got them, haven't had a chance to adjust them or anything.

It was a great bit of news to know that my old frames could be used and I didn't need to buy the same frames again to get my prescription updated. Just had to send in my older frames while they took care of the rest. Now I don't have 3 identical frames. Just 2.
