Been trying to get an email concerning the ear piece color of my frames, they came in turquoise and are supposed to be black.

My wife's replacement lenses are fine. We had to do a little frame adjusting, which is normal, to make the trifocals line up just right. Good experience for less cost than the retail establishments.
All was OK but the carrier (DHL Express) Request additional payment as process fee which makes me not happy as I paid for the shipment to door, my experience with other carrier from USA as UPS and Aramex do not ask for any additional payment.

Good experience. These are slightly special lenses and I would not doubt they took longer to prepare. That said they arrived and were a good fit, obviously well made and I think very good value to the point I am considering ordering sunglasses very very soon.

Service was excellent. I received my frames quickly; they were as ordered. I took them to my health care provider who has installed the lenses and they fit perfectly. Eyeglasses.com even followed up to see if I had received the frames. They were also less expensive than any I had found for this particular frame. Would highly recommend them.
After 10 days, I went back to your website to check on the status of my order. With no notice to me, I found my frames on backorder. I called and left a message with customer service. I also emailed customer service for an update. No one returned my call. No one responded to my email. But the next day I received an email notice that my frames had been shipped. I guess someone checked, found my frames, and put them in the mail?
Quick delivery. All frames ordered were received.
Did not like the way the frames fit once they arrived so I sent them back for a full refund

Simple process.
An easy, quick service. I provided my prescription and frames, they sent a label and rather quickly (a few days) I had my glasses. Quick and easy and have been wearing the glasses daily with no problems or issues. Highly recommend.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.

Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
