I didn't receive a confirmation of my order from you which made it hard for me to follow up on the order, which, having been made during the holidays, came a little later than I thought it should've. But when I called, the person I talked to was helpful, and the frames did show but soon after our conversation.
So, the only thing that didn't go well for me was not receiving the confirmation. If I'd received that, I wouldn't have worried about the time it took for the frames to arrive, because, as I said, it was during the holiday period, when all shipping is slow.
I thank you that as older adult I can find frames that are small 45-16 -130. I do not like a frame that looks like a childs frame, but it needs to be rather small, I am petite. Thank you very! Much. I wish there were more of a selection that fits progressives, though.

Easy to shop for frames and upload prescription. However, when I received my order the prescription was incorrect. Still waiting for a call back. My son is upset that he had to wait another month for his eyeglasses.
First time online eyewear purchase, but anxious to receive new frames, confident because of the eyeglasses.com full refund policy if I decide to return the stock frames. I ordered two frames to try different colors, styles, sizes...
Polo temple on one frame was obviously defective and should never have been sent to me. But because of the defect, eyeglasses.com paid return shipping.
I returned both frames but ordered three more to try and look forward to receiving them.

Had to speak with customer service to answer question about hinges on the frames I wanted to order and the employee, very politely, addressed my question.
These glasses are a little stronger than my last prescription. They made me nausious the first day and things are blurry. Maybe I should have gone with the comfort varilux?

Email taking a while to get here. Otherwise great. Actually, it arrived shortly after. Glasses arrived carefully packaged, exactly what I wanted at the lowest price I found. Difficult frames to find. This is a great company and my new go to. Wish I had had them do my lenses as well! Highest recommendation!
