Easy process with competitive prices
Although the address on the label was perfectly correct my delivery was delayed a week by the USPS who sent it to 2 wrong postal stations before I received.
Wish I could see what the tint options look like, a picture would be great!

I am a long time customer of eyeglasses.com. The frame I ordered in August was put in back order and I had to wait some time; since I was happy with the previous quality of delivery and service, I decided to wait. During this period my current eyeglasses got damaged and I wrote to eyeglasses.com for an immediate order. James@ eyeglasses.com responded right away and within few days I had my frames; by the way this happened when I was out of country. I cannot comment on the quality of customer service I received from James and eyeglasses.com. I also asked James to send a pair of new temples for my broken frame and he sent right to my US address. eyeglasses.com thank you very much for your excellent service.
Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
Answer: They are legit; I've used them several times over the past decade.
Answer: Less than 2 weeks in my experience, which involved sending in my existing Ray Ban frame to have the new prescription lens installed.
