Very convenient finding styles and I like the option of emailing the prescription.
Ordered 12/28/14 received email saying they would be shipped in 2 to days. Its the evening of 1/7/15... no email saying they have been shipped.No respone from email sent to customer service early this morning. Extremely poor business practice.
I ordered temples for my glasses 12/29/2014 and as of 01/06/2015 I have still not received them,I had a coupon for free UPS overnight shipping and they would not honor it they are sending the order USPS first class and who knows when I will receive them I'm not happy and will probably never buy through them a gain the only theing they have going for them is Lauren in customer service when promotion time comes she should be highly considered for one

I wasn't getting as low as price as I needed off your website. I called your company and spoke to a James in sales or customer service. He assisted me when I told him of my circumstance and helped me to go to one of your sites where I could enter the price range I needed and then go to pick out a pair of frames. He was very helpful. Service like the olden days, very refreshing. Just when I had decided there was no company left who really knew how to conduct business. Glad I found them.
Have not put lenses in yet, not sure if I want to make sunglasses or clear. The frame is a little shiny for my regular taste, was hoping that being brushed would make them more subdued, but I love the feel and fit.

I have had to call twice for questions and both times I was very pleased with the service I received. I especially felt Jamie was the most pleasant service person I have dealt with in a long time!

Fast and easy
I'd love to see more info on poly/Trivex/glass, on crizal, on all the lens options, available right there where the options are chosen. The information is on your website, it's just not exposed very well in the places where customers actually make decisions.
