Glasses were great except there is a glare from the metal at the bottom of the frames. I need to return, to exchange for a different pair or fix the glare.
I sent along the prescription, which included special instructions from the doctor. Those instructions appear to have been ignored, as it is impossible to see properly through the glasses that were sent back to me.
I tried calling Customer Service during regular hours to find out how to return the glasses, and was given a message saying that there is no phone support.
I tried sending an e-mail through the eyeglasses.com site, and have yet to hear from anyone.
So, as it stands now, I am stuck with a useless set of glasses, and no support for how to remedy the situation.
Nice variety and good explanations on options. A bit more explanation on the crystal vision choice especially the HD and how it compared to the definity 3 option as both are made by the same company.

Easy with good selection of frames
I was very glad to be able to order and receive the exact magnetic clip on sunglasses that had come with my eyeglasses. A bit pricey, but definitely worth the cost as they arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

My Shopping experience was very good! I already had a vintage pair dated early 1930's Marshal Wood round lens. I am 65 age and looking for something just like those but made in today's time 2016 with cable ends. Look no more, this is the pair you want,well made!
