My overall experience was very good. The only thing I'd like to add, is that once my order started it would have been good to get a notice estimating the amount of time it would take. But in the end, the order was smooth and I'm pretty satisfied.

Customer Service was great and helped me decide what type of glasses were right for me.
Overall pleasant experience--easy to order, glasses are made to specific tolerances and arrive in a timely manner. I can't think of any negatives--if you need a new pair of glasses, eyeglasses.com has just about every frame you can buy, and the lenses are perfect every time; and all this at a price quite a bit lower than having them made locally. My go-to place for eyeglasses for both my wife and myself. I'm a satisfied repeat customer, and will continue shopping here.
Great glasses
Due to a drunken driver, I am on SSDI as my only income, and I can't tell you how thrilled and grateful I was to find a frame I'd tried on at the ophthalmologist a few years ago, but not having been able to afford. They sold me a sturdy, but 'cheap', hideous-looking frame that really didn't fit my face well. For five years, it's been so depressing, seeing myself in the mirror when wearing that frame! So, when I found a frame I love, and know fits my face nicely, and it was only 80 dollars, I was so happy! The frame arrived quickly, shipping was free, the frame is in excellent condition, and your company actually cares enough to send an email to make sure I'm happy with the purchase, and to confirm that the frame arrived. Your company is SO much better than the huge majority of American businesses. THANK YOU! Yours will be the first site I visit, next time I need glasses, and I'll definitely recommend you to others.:-)
