I like that while I was shopping, a representative asked me if I needed help via chat without my prompting--- made the ordering experience much smoother. Received glasses as ordered. The only thing that would have improved the experience: I think they should have cleaned the dirty nosepads (or replaced them) that I sent in with my order. I know that isn't what I was paying for, but it would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Outstanding selection and speedy delivery
Lenses were made incorrectly the first time, but I was pleased to receive a quick exchange with proper lenses.
Love the selection and also the ability to return if I don't like frames.
The eyeglass case I received did NOT match the frames and when I called I was told that our company could not get the matching case. I find this unsatisfactory, since other companies CAN get the matching case - i.e. framesdirect.com

Been wearing these frames since 1968 and the frame finish gets cheaper looking each time,the temples and nose bridge used to have a design on them -is their a deluxe version available?
