Your site was well designed and easy to use.
It was relatively simple and painless. I've never ordered anything on line in my life, as I've never been brave enough to. Found your website on a consumer feedback website, so I'm trusting it and you, that this will work out to my satisfaction.
Impressed that the glasses were received within a week. Wasn't impressed that I was charged shipping when your website said delivery was free in USA AND Canada, with all orders over 50.00, which mine was.
Unfortunately, the glasses didn't work for me, so I had to return them and absorb another shipping fee to return them. However, I was again impressed at how quick I was refunded. Considering that I was out of pocket by about 50.00 (Cdn), and had no glasses to show for it, I wouldn't take a chance on ordering glasses on line again.
I love the glasses and they came pretty quickly. The only thing I noticed was that it seemed they were in a generic glasses case. I feel like Gwen Stefani would have a much cuter case.

Easy to navigate website. They had the frames I looked for on several different websites. Decided to order lenses and coatings I never tried before. Although my total combination of frames, lenses, and coatings cost about double what I have paid for in the past the quality of my new glasses is wonderful. I will purchase future prescription glasses from eyeglasses.com again.

Just what I ordered.
Slow shipping, sent correct model frames but in wrong color. Used " customer support" link to inform of error - no follow up on their part. Do not plan to purchase from seller in future.
Quick, easy, and convenient. And the prices are phenomenal! I went to 4 local shops and the prices were 2x-4x more. It only took 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive and I ordered several add ons for my lenses
I returned the frames for a credit as they were not per the order. I am waiting to see if the credit is processed promptly and correctly.
